Had gotten a nostril piercing done here by Sheldon and he did a fantastic job was clean and quick. The prep process went smoothly. His Technique was great. He has amazing judgement on the placement of the piercing based on different variables (eg. shape of nose, previous piercing etc..) The price was amazing and overall the service was great will definitely be coming back here for all my piercings.

I got my first 2 tattoos here yesterday with my sister and Kristina was my artist. Kristina was amazing, she was very patient and accommodating, she took the time out to make sure the stencil was placed in the correct position and angle and made sure we liked where the tattoo were being placed. My sister and I's tattoos came out very clean and I'm in love with them. Thank you so much Kristina!

This tattoo shop is very clean the music is always great. You can watch movies or Tv shows to take your mind off the tattoo pain if you have any. Rashaun is my Tattoo artist I’ve gotten a few big pieces done by him. His prices are great and his work is amazing! I also won a contest where I was awarded a quarter sleeve for free. Rashaun took care of me. All the employees are very nice. I love the atmosphere of this shop.

Went in to get a piercing, staff was great, very welcoming and friendly and professional. Been to a few tat and piercing places over the years and the piercer Kyla (so sorry if I spelt that wrong) was extremely nice and professional and made sure I left with a smile on my face. Would definitely return for future piercings and will recommend to others!

Recently went to Rockstar Tattoo Parlour in Pickering. Was very happy with the cleanliness and welcoming staff- unfortunately this was ruined for me once i had gotten my tattoo done... My best friend and i had made an appointment with Kristina to get "matching tattoos" ... little did we know... they weren't actually going to be matching. After checking out Kristina's work on Instagram and other social media, we had decided that she was a fine fit for what we wanted.. SIMPLEST TATTOO OUT THERE- an airplane (symbolizing our love for travel and traveling together) i could not be more upset with how this tattoo turned out- it is completely botched. it's not symmetrical whatsoever, the lines don't add up from top to bottom of this tattoo, they're all over the place, line work was extremely messy, the tail of the plane is competently BOTCHED. what airplane tail is ROUNDED.... THE WORST PART IS WE GAVE HER AN ACTUAL PHOTO TO GO OFF OF/PRINT ONTO THE STENCIL PAPER...after the tattoo was complete, i saw ALL the mess ups and was unhappy- i figured when coming in for free touch up, she could fix this... but decided to go to an actual professional, and getting this fixed completely. I highly do NOT recommend this parlour, as my sister also came here once, and they had given her something completely different from what she asked- unfortunately this was a much larger, more detailed piece that can not be fixed, and she is thinking of getting it covered up completely. it's a convenient location, friendly and welcoming... but the artists are not experienced enough, in my opinion... especially with something so simple as a little airplane... NOT DETAILED OR ANYTHING JUST OUTLINED AND FILLED IN WITH BLACK INK. horrid. i'm absolutely distraught by this experience and will be going somewhere where more advanced, professional and experienced artists work. DO. NOT GO. HERE. PASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!

I came to the shop and asked about a tattoo i was told they would take care of me .. well i got a portrait done and it is terrible but not only that i was very easy going even after i had my tattoo completly ruined so i went to the boss him self and asked what he could do for me since one of his workers ruined my tattoo n he had worked something out with me and unfortunately never followed through at the end of it he seen i wasnt a happy customer and he didnt care to take responsibility for having an unprofessional worker from him, i have nothing good to say about this tattoo shop i do not recommend anyone here ..

Came here a year ago for a piercing that was done very improperly/crooked, resulting in it needing to be removed a week later and now the scar tissue prevents me from ever getting the area repierced. Studio was clean and nice looking but the service itself was a disappointment.
