I just got my piercing less than an hour ago. My experience was wonderful. I got walked back got my allergies taken care of and accommodated. The piercer was kind and was easy to work with. Piercing took less than 5 minutes and price was very reasonable too.

I DO NOT recommend this place. If you can go somewhere else try to do that first. My experience started out with getting an ear piercing a couple of weeks ago and that went fine. I feel the people that work there are very short with you and not friendly at all. While getting my ear pierced I made an appointment for a tattoo because they don't do on the spot tattoos. They don't give you any information about who the tattoo artist is or anything about the upcoming appointment except for the date and time. Not informative at all. It was 3 weeks out. I called 24 hours before my tattoo date to see if I could cancel due to a day trip I was planning. They keep your deposit if you don't give a 48-hour notice and he didn't seem like he wanted to be accommodating so I chose to keep my appointment. The very next day, the day of my appointment I got a call from them needing to cancel because the tattoo artist had a nerve problem in his hand and called out. I was very cordial and said that's fine no problem. I'm very nice until your not nice to me. I go in for my tattoo today and again, not informative at all. Never asked me what size I wanted my tattoo to be but just assumed. He printed out a tiny piece of paper of the tattoo and I had to make him reprint it four times to get the size I was looking for. I get the impression he doesn't want to work. Maybe his nerve issue makes it difficult to do long tattoos which he should just let people know up front if that's the case. Not try to rush someone by giving them a small tiny tattoo!!! And at the size I had my tattoo it only took 40 minutes to complete. To me that's not very intelligent and you're wasting time when all you have to do is ask what size the customer wants it. During the initial meet and greet with Anthony (the tattoo artist) he was very mechanical and robotic. Horrible personality and extremely difficult. It's my first time getting a tattoo on my wrist so I didn't know concretely exactly which wrist I wanted it on or at what composition. I was pretty sure I wanted it on my left wrist but wanted the option to see it on both. He had an attitude from the beginning. I told him I wasn't sure if I wanted it facing up or down so I asked if I can have him put the stencil on both wrists and at opposing orientations. He refused to do it and I asked him why not? He said it was a waste of his time! WOW REALLY???? I told him he was being difficult and he got defensive and angry. He had to step away from the booth to go in the back, I guess to take an anger management class or something. He wasted 15 minutes arguing with me on why he would not waste his time putting the stencil on both wrists so I can look in the mirror and compare them to decide which wrist and what orientation I wanted, because it's a permanent thing!!!!!!!! I let him know he was wasting time discussing it. By the time he got done fighting me on why he will not let me see it on both wrists and having his temper tantrum in the back he wasted 20 minutes minimum of MY TIME! ANTHONY IS EXTREMELY IMMATURE, DEFENSIVE, & UNPROFESSIONAL. I offered to have it done with someone else or I was just about ready to call another tattoo shop where I know this would never happen. I have two tattoos and I've never had this experience anywhere. Most places want you to be happy with your tattoo. Getting a tattoo is not an assembly line! I SAY DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

This isnthe "no attitude" tattoo shop. Whether you walk in looking for a butterfly on the small.of your back, a tribal from the wall art or an original peice drawn up by an artist for you, you will never feel that "looking down their nose at you" feeling that you get from most pretentious shops. You never leave thinking that they are making fun of you once you leave, because they are friendly and super professional.

Got an impromptu tattoo...I have to say I am not overly impressed with the quality of the work. As an "artist" every little detail counts and I do not feel the artist paid attention to details. I Now have a tattoo on my arm that I am not absolutely in love with. He was a nice guy, friendly and social but If the artist just took my little cues and ideas I think I would have liked it much better. Granted we were stretched for time. The word pass starts low so there is a lot of open space between that and the word above it. The birds have circles for tails? He could have easily made those branch out to look like tails and the dandelion...looks like something my 9 yr old would draw. the lettering is beautiful though. I do love the little hearts and the design of it swooping around my shoulder is exactly what I wanted. I just wish the detail was a little better. I will be going somewhere else to try to fix the tattoo. The guy who pierces was amazing and the other tattoo artist has some incredible work, I was going to get a huge mural on my back but decided against it because I really just had to get out of there.

I had a great expierence there for a first tat. Very upset on how the man handled the phone call though not a great way to bring me back into their shop.

I was nervous af!! And I took the plunge to get my nipples pierced and I'm happy I did. My piercer Will was EXCELLENT! Not only did he ease my fears but his energy was great. He was very knowledgeable and gentle. The entire space was incredibly clean. All tools uses were sterile and of high quality. Will was so professional and I cant say enough how comfortable he made me. He did a great job and minimalized the pain as much as possible. I am so happy with the results and would recommend Will to everyone! 5 stars on every aspect!! I was in great hands and was provided a great service. No complications, no issues and amazing customer service!!! Thank you Will :-)

I am from out of state and I went today to get my septum pierced. Will, who did the piercing, did an amazing job. I told him I had a Latex allergy and he changed his gloves but struggled to get them on. Will was very friendly and had great bedside manners explaining everything he was going to do. I highly recommend going to this place. If I am ever back in the area and want another piercing or just the septum ring, I will definitely be back here.
