Love the sumi style tattoo i got from nico at OG Ink! The studio is very clean and tattoo pieces are reasonably priced. I'd say their price is better 60% of the tattoo shop in Toronto with a similar quality tattoo/skilled artist. Nico did a great job with my tattoo and it turned out beautifully, even better than i expected! She is a very personable and talented tattoo artist and I'd definitely come back for more pieces!

I love this place! The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and I like that they use saniderm to help with the healing process. In terms of prices, I'd say they're pretty standard. Honestly, if you're a nice person, your artist will be more than happy to help you work out a beautiful piece for your budget. My go-to artist here is Nico, and she's awesome! She's super sweet, accommodating, and I find that she produces long-lasting work with minimal pain. If you're looking for an abstract, watercolour, and/or Chinese calligraphy artist, I totally recommend her!

I've thought about getting this tattoo since 2018, but I could never find the right artist to get the work done. I got permission from the illustrator of the original piece to get her work tattoo'd on me. I was told about Cat and Off The Ground Ink from my coworker and this might be what I was looking for. Booking the appointment was easy, and they had no problem with the idea I sent over. I am blown away with how my tattoo turned out. This tattoo turned out better than anything I imagined. It's exactly what I wanted, and Cat did a phenomenal job. I'm so happy! If you're thinking about getting a tattoo with lots of precise line-work, I recommend going to Off The Ground Ink, 100%. This is the place you want to go. Cat took great care of me since it was my very first tattoo. She relieved my stress and made it a very easy-going environment. I had the best experience at Off The Ground Ink with my first tattoo. I chose Jenny to do my tattoo and she made it such a great experience. She was patient and kind to work with and I never felt like she was brushing off any concerns I had. She was able to explain why she couldn't make certain changes to my design, and didn't make me feel bad for asking for any changes to my design. I felt so comfortable in her hands, and she made sure to let me know if I needed a break and even checked in with me when she began tattooing. I loved her approach to everything, she speaks with respect and it definitely felt like talking to a friend! Jenny was able to squeeze my brother into her schedule right after my tattoo which was so kind of her. My brother previously had a tattoo done elsewhere and he said he had a much better experience with Jenny and loved that she respectfully gave her input on what would look good without being too pushy. We definitely hope to be getting more tattoos with Jenny!

Highly recommended! I worked with Cat who is both an amazing artist and person! Very friendly and professional. This was my first tattoo and am SO happy with how it came out! Just look at that amazing linework and the perfect little details!! The photo below is 4ish days post appointment, right after taking off the saniderm wrap. I wanted an artistic wolf tattoo which was also reflective of my two husky puppies - kind of a complicated order. However, when I spoke to Nico about it she went above and beyond in designing something for me, seeking my input and modifying the design to suit my specific vision. Some months later I approached her because I wanted a floral addition to the original piece. Nico was so helpful in assisting me select the type of flower, style and colours - not only for the new addition but to perfectly compliment the other piece. Nico offered her professional insight and opinion to design the perfect addition for me. When I first saw the design i couldn’t wait to get it. Unfortunately I had some personal issues arise which delayed getting the piece. Nico was kind and accommodating and fit me in as soon as possible. When I saw the final product on my leg it was even more perfect than I could have imagined. Thank you Nico! I will absolutely call you for my next piece!

Be cautious of their deposit you don’t get a full refund and they keep tax if you do change your mind. Was kind of whatever consultation. They don’t give you a proper estimate of how many hours “oh maybe 3 maybe 4” but I charge $200/hr so budget depending on how fast I feel like working that day.. really not professional

Friendly staff and charge reasonably. Highly recommend Nico! She is very professional and have a great taste. I walked in with no idea of what tattoo to get. After having a short conversation with her, I decided to have an abstract portrait of my dog on the back (which she recommended). The process is unbelievably painless and soothing that I even fell asleep in the middle :) When the work is done, the tattoo looks nice, just the same as she described! As of the heal, mine barely peel off.

If you go, think it twice after a consultation, I went for my first tattoo ever (little knowledge I had about the topic, so did a bit of research) the put me with and artist that I thought was skilled enough for my piece, art work style seems really good, but here comes the issue, what I asked was out of the artist avenue, but told me it was doable and sounded confident, so I was sold. I had an arm band with drawing of flowers on the inside and frame with thin lines, guess what? The band itself was not even width and you could see the inflexion point were de line deviates from its trajectory. The flowers were OK, the lacked more intensity in the tracing of the line. I commented about my concerns 9nces it was healed but then the looked down happened. The person managing the shop should have match me with someone suitable for my piece not just the first one available because they need to make the money. I get is pandemic time and all but this is not a pair of socks that you can exchange if you don't like it. Then the artist complaint with me that the design was my idea and basically calling it my fault, then told me that does not want to work with me anymore and laughed about, followed by a "but I want to help you". I got charged and I feel like I got ripped off, Do yourself a favor, check your tattoo artist when they assigned them to you, don't just trust what they say like I did. I wish I new better, otherwise I would have not go forward with this shop.
