Reason behind 1⭐️ is their Associate, I was doing window shopping Today and I went to Their Store, as soon I entered one of their associate started following me which was bit weird everything I touch she right away started fixing that thing up. Then I ask her to show me one of the Hat I was Checking how if its look good on me, and she literally takes hat from me and put back on dummy. I mean what’s the Rush???? Don’t you guys think that customer should take their time to decide what they want?? I would not recommend this store at all!!!!!!!

Absolutely NO SIZES. Saved for specific clients who seem to get first pick on all jackets and buyout all sizes. I asked for medium women's jacket and their were absolutely no sizes. A lady walks in after me and gets 3 jackets (the one I wanted) in size medium. The workers tell me she was in before me ... which was a lie. Than I leave the store go home back to Toronto... they call me and tell me and tell me they have a medium and as I am checking out I see the lady that was in the store in the morning... walking in the back free for all and selecting merchandise that wasn't even on the floor. She had 40 jackets ... and mcy mom couldn't even find a size Large in the bomber she wanted because this client seemed to have the entire store and women's size M & L. Unbelievable!

An employee named Sam who helped us was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The store itself is going great with Covid-19 changes. They steam and put away coats that are tried on for at least 24 hours, to eliminate any risks. Let’s just say we were wowed. Thanks to everyone in the store for hard work!

Service was incredible. The sales associate was super chill, very helpful and made sure I walked out with the coat best suited for me. Prices are incredibly cheap compared to other retailers. Would strongly recommend checking the store out if your looking for a quality winter jacket for a good price.

Empty store (20 people) with a huge line up outside. Just creating curiosity. Having your customers wait outside in the cold for more than 30 mins is just crazy.

I’d say not worth the price. Fitted to withstand temperatures but way too heavy (weight and price wise…). You’ll find far better deals with Point Zero/Noize brands if you’re looking for a winter jacket.

Had the manager (?) and store associate literally follow my partner and I around AND out of the store. A little obnoxious. It's the middle of summer for goodness sake... no customer is going to run out with a stolen jacket!

Unprofessional personnel works at this location. As brand name store you should provide better training to your employees because clearly JACK didn’t get trained. I am absolutely disgusted with service. I hope the owners of moose knuckles provide the training needed to make JACK a better employee.
