Kelolwna Infiniti's new digs on #97 are a huge improvement from their cramped facility on Enterprise Way. More service bays, pleasant waiting room and shuttle service, and prompt and cheerful service advisers makes "going to the dentist" more tolerable. I have found their services to be transparent with no up selling, a critical requirement in this day and age of complicated vehicles and expensive parts.
Our experience buying a car from Infiniti Kelowna was great, right from the start. The receptionist was attentive to our needs and quickly introduced the assistant sales manager Dylan Tran to us. Dylan was very professional, ascertaining our needs and showed us the various options. After reviewing and road testing he helped us come to a quick decision without any pressure always making us feel he had our best interests at heart. The whole process could not have been better and I thoroughly recommend Dylan and Infiniti Kelowna for anyone looking to purchase a car.

Broke my nav system while performing a airbag recall work. Refused to take the car apart to fix it. I don't use the nav, so I didn't bother fighting them about it, but I wouldn't trust them with anything again.
Did an excellent job replacing a failed airbag module in my g37, even did a free inspection and washed my car for free as well, super friendly employees, will be coming back if i ever need anything else done to my car, thanks again

Service department misled and is unprofessional handling this: I have blended in maintenance service package when the lease started. Prior to the end of lease, I specifically inquired my options and what would happen for those unused service(due to low mileage). David told me that 2 oil changes remain unused and it will terminate if I return the car or buy a new car. And it will carry forward the unused services if I buy out the car. I bought it out when lease matured, just 1-2 weeks after this conversation. Thinking there still twice paid-already oil changes, I called and requested for an oil change two days ago. David said there is unknown reason that the system doesn't show the unused services but he confirmed the maintenance appointment anyway and comforted me he will check it out from his end. He mentioned the appointment is set for 1pm and it's fine if I dropped off the car early around 12:30. Service would take a couple of hours. Today I drive there 12:30 then find out, there is no appointment set for my car. David further explains the service package was expired when lease was up regardless how many unused left! It's Infiniti's policy. There's nothing he can do. I am so disappointed and speechless. That was misleading and unprofessional. Choosing the brand is for it's market positioning about luxury and superior customer service. One incident like this ruins my perception about what infiniti should be interpreted.

Leased a 2018 Q50 sedan from these guys. Great car, too bad about their attitudes & customer service. At lease end I traded to a different manufacturer and they made it hell to complete the transaction, including debiting my account for an extraneous payment. Then ridiculed me, behind my back, to the new dealer... all because I thought their $400+ service charges were too high for the mistakes the service dept continually made. It's funny, what comes around goes around... our next Infiniti will be purchased elsewhere

We have purchased our last 4 vehicles from Kelowna Nissan/Infiniti and have always had an amazing experience. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful at the best of times but we have always felt comfortable and that the staff have our best interests at heart. Our most recent experience was probably the best one ever! Dylan Tran was the agent we worked with and we can't say enough good things about his expert service. He was very knowledgeable, very efficient, dependable, and yes, honest and up front in all of our conversations. He walked us through every option on the vehicle to ensure we understood how they worked and was very patient with all of our questions. He even put a big red bow on top of our car when we came to pick it up. Very thoughtful! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. We love the Nissan/Infiniti product and have never had any issues with our vehicles since we began driving them in the early 90's. Nils went out if his way to find us the vehicle we wanted and at the price we wanted. He brought in a car from another dealership and went above and beyond to help us. Everything was ready to go when we arrived at the dealership from out of town and there was no waiting for anything. The car was immaculate. Stopped in on the Infiniti side of the dealership to see if someone could reset the tpms on a Q50. The service advisor/manager did not hesitate to help and successfully reset the tpms light. I had no appointment yet this staff member immediately stepped up to assist. This is one of the reasons I keep buying Infinitis. This is an excellent dealership.

We had the pleasure of virtually meeting Vik Jaiswal, who was absolutely over the top helpful and so knowledgeable about any of the cars we were speaking to him about. He was amazing at presenting options to us, very responsive to text messages (COVID car shopping at its best!) He understood our needs, presented options, and was someone we considered a ‘trusted advisor’ in our car search. He helped us feel like our search was a business transaction and investment for our family instead of a sales push you can sometimes encounter when car shopping! He will be our guy to work with as long as he is working in the industry. We want all of our friends to go see him. Recently purchased a Used high end vehicle from Infiniti Nissan in Kelowna. Noticed an issue in the drive train. No warranty left on this used vehicle from the manufacturer.... We just love the new location of Infiniti in Kelowna, the arrival makes you feel special! The facility inside even more grandios. If my car did not run so well, I would definitely keep buying another Infiniti just because, I don’t think their could be anything else better. I have a 1997 Q45 in pearl white that has only 77,000 miles and runs like a champ. It is a large car when it comes to parking but for traveling, I feel much safer in this big car and why I have not yet change to a smaller car. The service I get from Kelowna Infiniti is hard to beat and I love their new facility on Hwy 97, totally awesome. I test drove between a Lexus and this Infiniti in 1997, glad I took the Q45 that day for my 50th birthday gift. It is now an antique but I love it.
