I came here for my tongue piercing in September and I was a little nervous, but whomever pierced me (masculine, had purple hair) was very kind, accommodating and professional. The piercing was done quickly and in a clean way. They even answered questions I had when I called back later. TL;DR I haven't had a better experience getting a piercing done in my entire life and I've been pierced at over 15 places. I'll definitely be going back.

My cousin has what appears to be a sever infenction from a belly button piercing she recieved from this shop (which is actually someone's garage!) ... She's attempted to reach out to them as requested with photos so they could give her further instructions on how to care for said piercing and she was informed not to take it out. The piercing was not done correctly in the 1st place, it was not straight and there was too much of a gap!!! The owner and son have completely disregarded the emails and have not gotten back to her and it's been over 10 days ... Poor customer service while on the phone and very rude! I'd think twice about going to this place!

Went in with a piercing problem the other day. The owner had no time for me , handed me a cup with a barbell and showed me to the bathroom and then went back to what he was doing upstairs. Shady business. Unprofessional would NEVER go back and would recommend against.

Amazing ! Above excellent! The piercer is so knowledgeable and experienced, he puts you at ease. Hes calm and personable, and walks you through everything step by step before, during and after. Does follow ups on the healing progress, and is open for questions/concerns during the healing process. From start to finish, this has been THE best experience I've ever had in a shop. Hands down. No weird, awkwardness, and he was able to answer my questions and address my concerns above and beyond. 12/10 would reccomend going to KPS - I couldn't be happier with the precision, accuracy and placement of my piercings, and the person who did them.

I arrived there at my appointment time, and without acknowledging me made me wait outside the shop for 20 minutes before opening the door. When I did get my piercing changed he spent 20 minutes trying to do it and I ended up going back to my car where I fainted due to the pressure he had put on my pressure point for so long. I was really excited to go and was left sorely disappointed. Do not recommend.

Got my belly button piercing done there a couple of months ago, it was very crooked and the piercer told me it was normal until I noticed it was not and he had done an awful job. He could’ve at least been honest about his mistake. I had to take the piercing out because it was badly infected and irritated.
