Pat actually had a bit of a scheduling hiccup and forgot our appointment, which I'm sure is extremely rare because he was overly apologetic and really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the experience; he came in that same day despite it originally being his day off, and offered me a generous discount to make up for my time. Excellent customer service (how people react when mistakes happen tells you more than what they're like when everything is perfect!) and I couldn't be happier with my tattoo, thanks Pat for the stellar work! ????

A friend introduced me to this shop roughly a year ago and i'm so glad she did! Ryan has tattooed me 5 times and i've not once been disappointed. Its a great atmosphere there and each artist truly is great! Its clean and professional and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for quality service.
