Randy is a very talented artist. He is detailed in his work and takes the time necessary to deliver the results his client expects and deserves. From my first appointment to my last, Randy explained each step in the process and answered all of my questions (and there were many). Parking is free and the studio is well kept and inviting. I would recommend Randy to anyone who is looking to restore their hairline or get some touch up work done. To be honest, I really wasn't looking to have anything done but had a friend who recenlty completed his sessions and I was quite surprised at how natural it looked. So I set up an appointment and the rest is history. Initial consult was easy, Randy answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with zero pressure to proceed with a booking. Randy was easy talk to and we worked together to ensure I felt comfortable with the outcome after each session. He was easy to contact and responded promptly when I would have questions before or after a session. I don’t regret going to SMP TrendSetters! I stopped wearing hats, I hate hats. I used to wear my Beret inside a building when I was in uniform when other troops would take theirs off, this also applied to the gym or shopping. It has been two days since my third appointment with Randy at SMP TrendSetters in Mississauga Ontario and my chain of command and co-workers all have made the mistake that it is just me deciding to grow my hair back! The Army cannot tell it is not real, it is that realistic to behold! Only one Sergeant in the entire company at Logistics Support Squadron knows it is not real, the one I had to type a letter to to send to our Major to ask permission for this tattoo, as it is above the neckline. He has not told anyone. In addition, the policy regarding tattoos for military had changed due to a Soldier in Edmonton who did it without permission, challenged the system and the policy changed! My family who tried to dissuade me from committing to the procedure are shocked at how real it looks! My eldest sister is a cancer surgeon. Her jaw dropped, she had to feel it to comprehend it! Randy is an artist, extremely professional in his work. He does not rush or count the clock. This is not! HairClub for Men where you pay $7-9,000.00! It is much cheaper for people who have to budget and it does not cause great agony in a healing process! If I could wear my Relish pattern uniform (cadpat) for the picture I would, but I am not legally allowed to wear uniform for a picture to promote this work. This procedure is now legal in for all armed forces members in all three branches. Regular Force or Reservist. It does not require typing a memo to the chain of command. I am 12 years Regular Force army, posted to Kingston Ontario I am a veteran of Task Force Iraq. Even if I return to the desert, the heat or sun rays will not damage the effect of the artwork. I can walk around uncovered in 64 degree heat without the worry of it fading. I never have to bic my head everyday again. I have my army haircut again thanks to the artist who is Randy at SMP TrendSetters Mississauga Ontario

SMP Trendsetters is the finest in the game, they live and breathe this lifestyle. The knowledge and artistic vision of a barber fused with the SMP, it takes this craft to another level. Very professional, client focused and most importantly the patience and care to bring out the best for the client, I was one of those clients. Growing up my hair was part of my identity, from the cuts to styles, Unfortunately thinning and hair loss takes place as we age, it really affected me, but I was able to use hair fibers and continue fades and short comb over on top. No one noticed but over the years, it didn't feel natural to me, I wasn't able to do certain activities due to fear of expose my balding, I spend hours styling with fiber products. I wanted to start a new chapter and have a more edge, class and sophisticated look, and here comes Trendsetters who brought the vision to life. The confidence high is something you can't describe in words, it's a forever feeling knowing the your hairline and look is on point at all times! Shout out Randy, thank you! Trendsetters, by the name itself they have set the trend on SMP procedures. Good set up, nice personable people you deal with. One of the few services that I have dealt with that really offers good if not the best QCD (Quality , Cost , Delivery) Quality of work is really good. Me having gone through a botched SMP procedure from another artist. They have corrected and made it as if it was the first procedure. kudos to Pam, who patiently worked on to correct it. Cost is acceptable and within range. I have canvassed around and they offer one of the best pricing on SMP. Delivery and procedure applications is on the spot. I highly recommend Trendsetters. Ever since I found out about this SMP procedure that it can help cover scars from hair transplant. I was looking for a place to get it done and I am so glad that I had it done from randy he is an artist and he actually pays attentions to exactly what your looking for. I recently got SMP done with Randy and it was a great experience. I had done it a few years back with an amateur artist, but wasnt fully satisfied with the work he did on me. I found Randy online and he was great. Coming in, i had no hairline and was slightly self conscious about how it would turn out, if it was going to be too obvious, and if people would judge me. Randy worked with me to find the desired hairline i was comfortable with and did what he did best! He was great with communication and feedback. He is a perfectionist, meaning he will make sure you get what you came in for without short changing you. He made me feel comfortable from the jump because he is also a barber as by skill, and has a natural knack for making his clients look sharp and fresh. After completing my sessions i am 100 % satisfied. He also equipped me everything i needed to maintain my new SMP look which included the right hair shaver along with moisturizing cream to maintain the health of the scalp. Thanks and i recommend him 100 times over!
