I bought two pieces of jewellery, a ring and a bar for my conch piercing. The ring was a bit too big but it fit wonderfully and is of good quality. Originally, the bar I got was too short and I could tell by comparing it to my other bars that it wouldn't fit. I called ahead and the worker helped me exchange it to a longer bar without any issues. Both workers were very patient, friendly and helpful. Thanks!

the earring it self was good but the lady there was sooo stubborn. they have different length earring studs for cartilage (small and large) and i wanted a small one so the stud doesn’t stick out from the back too much but when i asked for the small she told me to get a medium because the small would apparently irritate the earring even though the length of the small wasn’t that big of a difference from the length of large, but it was enough of a difference so it doesn’t look stupid from the back. since she literally FORCED me to get the large, i got it and it’s so annoying from the back, as the stud is way to long. i went back to her to tell her that this isn’t what i wanted and that i wanted a small, and she kept making up these weird excuses but in the end, i’m the customer, not her. IM the one who’s going to wear the earring, not her, so why does it affect her? why is SHE telling ME what to buy? it’s my money.

Great experience! The Square One location had so much selection. I tried to find an easy to put on cartilage piercing but didn't have much luck finding it in other places. They also the one I was looking for, the hoop with a circle on it. The sales rep was also very nice. She helped me find the right gauge too (16G). Great customer service, a lot of variety of products, this is an easy 5 star for me.

I would like to make a complain about my shopping experience last month on December 21st at the square one location. The sales person present at the time was krystina, and it was the worst experience ever. She was very unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I was looking for earrings and whenever I asked her a question she would answer with an unprofessional and snobbish attitude.

I have one pierced ear and about 23 earrings just for that ear. And guess what? I bought all of them from here! They also have a great selection of neck chains, pendants and finger rings! The girls who work at this mid-aisle kiosk are so friendly and helpful, often ordering in specific requests! Top notch quality and service! EDIT: They've revamped, they've updated and they're better than ever!

I have bought many belly rings in my over 20 years of having my belly pierced. In not even two months of purchasing it tarnished and the jem just fell off! $35 Canadian! Rarely wore in the shower. Could have bought cheaper and it would have not fallen off. Only 14 days exchange and I live in the US. If I could post a picture of it I would. Not thrilled and I will never purchase from them again!

Was told twice by sales associates in person at the Scarborough Town Center location that they didn't have the bioflex body jewelry I need for an MRI without them checking. They infact did have the item in stock. They had no customers at the time and were more interested in chatting with eachother then helping a customer. Do better when it comes to customer service. I will never shop there again.

The worker told me a nose hoop would still work for my cartilage peircings because I got it pierced with a gun (bad I know) so I believed her tried to put it on and it would NOT fit let alone go through the hole properly. The worst part is you can’t even return it so if it doesn’t fit you’re screwed and I lost $45.

I used to really like this place, but I find that over time, it has gotten more expensive and the quality isn't as good. It has been twice now, that the entire piece holding the gem on my barbel brakes off. Also, don't get the gold plated surgical steel, it will tarnish and turn your skin green.

Great jewlery if you're looking for something cheap ($10-$20) and fast. Majority of the jewlery is not internally threaded but is claimed to be titanium and surgical steel. I've also managed to mix and match their jewlery to cheap chinese jewlery from ebay. Overall, I'm doubtful of the quality/material (as an experienced buyer, usually titanium costs more than $20-$30) but if you want cheap pretty jewlery, then this is the place to go.
