I’ve been to a lot of shops and this was by far the worst. There are so many Way better shops in Toronto, save your money and DO NOT go here. Rushed work, unpleasant staff/artist & needed to get touched up because it was trash work.

Called ahead to ask about doing walk ins then waited 2 hours to barely be acknowledged, was visibly discriminated then left frustrated after being consistently ignored. Don't waste your time with their piss poor customer service.

Negus hires artists that falsely advertise their policies. When trying to resolve a matter, he was very rude, raised his voice and was not helpful at all. Their work is incredible, but don't be expecting a touch up from them because they will rip you off for them even if promised a free touch up
