I took my 5 year old daughter in for a simple ear piercing and the service was wonderful, the atmosphere was extremely calm and laid back. The woman who pierced my daughter's ears was fantastic, she talked to my daughter the whole time and did a beautiful job! My daughter didn't even flinch, she said it didn't hurt at all! She was also kind enough to talk to me about piercings I've had to take out and miss as well as covering a tattoo I have grown to hate. Every other artist told me to figure out what to cover it with and I could never think of something to cover all the black but she told me that it isn't my job to figure out how to cover it, that's their job, my job is to decide what I would want there if that tattoo wasn't there! I am very much looking forward to going back for some much needed tattoo therapy.

Went into get jewelry changed for one of my piercings. I have a lot of experience being pierced. It was painful, I felt every twist, tug and pull as she changed the jewelry. She mentioned that my piercing wasnt fully healed and thats why it hurt. I had already had that same piercing changed 3 mths ago (somewhere else) with no issues. Never, in all my 19 piercings, has a jewelry change hurt that much. Will never go back.

Got a helix piercing done here and it was done fast and painlessly. The piercer clearly knew what she was doing, said she had been piercing for 17 years. I'll be going here for my future piercings for sure. I'm very happy with the placement and result so far. She made me feel comfortable and it was a great environment in there!

The girls pierced my 5 year olds ears. They were professional and kind. Clean place with really nice people working there. She talked to her and explained everything first, like what the tools were for and how they'd pierce her. Definitely recommend, please don't take your kids to a 14year old with a dirty piercing gun. They'll take great care of you here.

All I needed was a simple ear lobe piercing - likely the easiest and least wild piercing you can get. No matter, I was treated professionally and like any other customer that might be getting much more done. The gal who did the work was prompt, easy to talk to, and did the work with skill. Got my tattoos done here 3 years ago and because of what happened I refuse to get tattooed in Medicine Hat ever again. First off I have a massive tattoo blowout on my forearm tattoo so it looks like my arm is permanently bruised. The lettering of my tattoo is darker in some areas then others and some of the lines are thicker then others. 2 different parts of my arm tattoo ended up getting infected and when I went to have them touched up after they healed parts that needed to be done were missed. I have had family members tell me for years I should have demanded my money back. Cause now im stuck with a faded in parts tattoo blow out tattoo that makes me cringe every time I look at it. Not impressed at all.

And gave me the low down on getting my bead changed. And after care. Front receptionist was adorable and extremely friendly she definitely makes that place feel welcoming!

They offer great suggestions for your tattoo without pushing you towards a certain style. Easy to talk to staff which made it great for creating the perfect tattoo.
