I went to see Steve for a tattoo 7 months ago and left after 4 hours still needing some work done that he promised he would take care of. After many messages with him, he still refuses to book me in for an appointment, telling me he doesn't think it's a good idea because I had a small spot that was very itchy afterwards. He put me off so many times before finally telling me that today. I have reminded him that he gave me his word he would touch it up and fix what he said he would, but he will not. So I have an unfinished tattoo that he will not book me in to finish or touch up. Despite the fact that I have never had any allergies ever before, and he never was interested when I asked him about the itching when it happened. Didn't ask for a photo, just told me to put hydrocortisone cream on it. And now keeps blaming why he won't do anything for me on that. Oh, and covid....... I put my opinion up on his Facebook page and in the review section and he removed both of them. I now have a tattoo I have fully paid for that is not finished. And he won't do anything about it.

Terrible interaction. Waited a month for a proper reply. Refused to answer my questions. Waaaayyy over quoted me with different prices and time frames. When adking more questions for clarirty, they told me to go elsewhere. Extremely poor customer service and poor staff organization. Sad because their art looks good, but the service itself was aweful and have lost my business after they told me to basically leave.
