J'ai été me faire percer à Elfic Tatoo; 2 percings aux cartilages (daith et conch). Jimmy est hyper professionnel et très accueillant. Il sait mettre en confiance ses clients et les conseiller ! Tout est super clean et le perceur prend vraiment le temps de tout vous expliquer en détail, la procédure de perçage, les différents types de bijoux et les soins ! Une super ambiance et des conversations très agréables avec tout le personnel ! Je recommande vivement pour un percing ! De plus, le perceur demande de repasser au bout de 2 semaines pour s'assurer que tout va bien. Paiement en cash mais un ATM est maintenant présent sur place, so aucun problème !

Poor tattoo quality. Will have to get them re-done somwhere else. They are good for piercings though. (Picture is supposed to be a fish hook...). They had warned us that hand tattoos were NOT guaranteed, which seemed fine since it was such a simple tattoo but we could not foresee that the result would be SO bad. Alternatively, the place where we are getting the cover up already booked us with 2 appointments to make sure we get the touch ups if necessary and will ensure that the result will be up to our standards. Yes the new place is 10$ more (70$ at Elfic and will be 80$ at the new place), but it'll be worth it.

(Original) Petit résumer de notre visite a cette endroit : première visite tout me semblai bien jy allait pour ma nièce pour son premier tattoo le rendez vous se prend en disant qui avait des amélioration a faire sur le tattoo et que tout allait être prêt la journée même parfait donne mon dépôt... la journée venu on se rend la a l'avance une chance y savait pas qu'on avait rdv ça commence avec l'air bete a cause de ça ensuite se demandait ou était notre tattoo donc lavait pas fait de plus l'imprimante ne fonctionne pas le temp semblait très serrer car on était pas prévu mais bien écrit a l'horaire essais de le faire mais rien ne marche car en partant au premier rdv il nous lavait dit... tout ça dans une pression on pose des question pis c'est lourd pour elle finalement on se fait dire qui va falloir reprendre rdv je pogne les nerf demande un remboursement pour manque de professionnalisme pis a me dit qua comprend pas que je lui donne de la marde a cause on se connait même pas daller chialer au boss ????????????sta cause ma belle te sa femme pis c'est toi qui nous reçoit pas de désoler ni avant ni pendant ni après pis le boss qui est sur place bin ye occuper a mettre une air climatiser cause y fait 36 je sait pas mais on était trois qui voulait un tattoo étant moi même au service a clientèle tu t'arrange que tes client soit content de plus pour le prix que tu nous chargeait on a visiter deux autre pour la moitié du prix mais surtout accueilli avec un sourire ✔️ je trouve ça plate pour les artiste qui y travail mais bon je vous donne étoile car grâce a vous on a trouver deux autre place formidable.

If you value your skin and want professionalism . THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. I lost my deposit because the real talent ,Denny-Anne is no longer with the shop and I refuse to let Mackey tattoo me again. The tattoo ended up getting infected and being a botched job at best ( colour was off , lines are crooked, tattoo under still VERY visible , very poor execution ) Instead of being professional and coming to a resolution , she remained in a rude state and informed to me pass by when her boyfriend/manager is there lol this place is a JOKE lol

La personne apprenti a mal tracé sa ligne et deux lettres de mon tattoo sont devenus comme un moton d'encre pas défini. Le tattoo a fusé dans certaines letttres. En y repensant, le mentor ou le boss a meme pas cheker ce quelle faisait et si le style d'ecriture qu'elle m'a proposé et la grosseur etait correcte. En plus, je me suis renseignée chez un autre shop de tattoueur d'experience, il m'a dis que mes lignes d'encre du tattoo sont trop epaisses pour ce style d'ecriture. Je suis pogné a vie avec un GACHI. Je suis obligé d'attendre de faire un cover up plus tard et j e retournerais jamais la bas. La majorité de leur tattoueur sont des ados apprentis et je vous conseille d'eviter les apprentis si vous voulez pas un gachi!

Went in for a jewelry change. They told me there was no appointment needed since it was a very quick (5-10 minutes) process. I called ahead of time to ensure the piercer was working that day. When I arrived, one of the workers yelled at me from across the room to ask what I was coming in for. They told me to take a seat and that I would be serviced after a couple of other customers that were waiting. They gave me no indication on how long it would take for my turn to come. After 45 minutes, no one had yet seen the piercer. The other clients and myself were still waiting. I ended up walking out after waiting almost an hour for simple change of jewelry.
