They were easy to contact via Facebook and very accommodating (I booked for the lip first and asked the day before the appointment if it was possible to do the eyebrow at the same time or if it was better to make a second appointment). They were very good advice for the maintenance of my new piercings and replaced the ball of my ring at no cost when I lost it the same day (it happened to me at my first labret 10 years ago and the shop that had pierced me at the time charged me $ 10). The facilities are superb, they have a nice selection of jewelry and I would go back anytime for a new piercing. (Original) Je me suis fait percer le sourcil et la lèvre en juillet 2020 là-bas et leur service était vraiment bien. Ma cousine me les avais recommandé après s'y être fait tatouer. Ils ont été faciles à contacter via Facebook et très accommodants (j'ai d'abord réservé pour la lèvre et ait demandé la veille du rendez-vous s'il était possible de faire le sourcil en même temps ou s'il était préférable de prendre un second rendez-vous). Ils ont étés de très bons conseils pour l'entretien de mes nouveaux piercings et ont remplacé la bille de mon anneau sans frais quand je l'ai perdu la journée-même (ça m'était arrivé à mon premier labret 10 ans auparavant et la boutique qui m'avait percé à l'époque m'avait chargé 10$). Les installations sont superbes, ils ont une belle sélection de bijoux et j'y retournerais n'importe quand pour un nouveau perçage.
