2 weeks without hearing a word leads me to having no tattoo and having taken a day off work for no reason. Luckily the tattoo was only important and of course so is my paycheck. 3 stars for sincere apology. But an apology doesnt fix the situation or my hours. Edit: advanced notice like 2 weeks before the appointment, on the literal day I walked out of the shop? About 10 mins afterwards when I got home and realized the mistake? So I waited 2 weeks to be asked to wait 2 weeks after 0 contact already. The day before Thanksgiving was the third time I called. Thank you.

Nurse Tracy did such an amazing job tattooing my eyebrows!!! Today is the first time doing my makeup and not having to worry about drawing on eyebrows or coloring them in!!! They heal so good and make you not only look like a queen but feel like one also!!! She was so easy to get along with! She answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable!!! She tells you what she is doing every step of the way which put me at ease!!! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Tyler Murphy did an awesome job with my first tattoo in over a decade! I hadn't gotten a tattoo after a few disappointing experiences with a few different artists. Tyler is a local artist that specializes in black & grey. He sketched up exactly what I wanted, and made me feel comfortable throughout the tattoo! I can't wait to finish my new sleeve! Whether you know exactly what you want or are needing direction, you will be guided to the perfect brows for your face shape!!!! You can definitely put your trust Tracy! Always remember TRUST THE PROCESS! It takes two appointments the first and then once healed a perfection finally appointment!!! Tracy was so welcoming and made me feel 100% comfortable and at ease. I loved that she talked through every single step!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
