I honestly went there only by hasard and had the best service ever from Olivia, after that I went to Boutique Addiction and had horrible service (they weren’t serving me.. long story thats why i passed by this place and went in as mystery). Idk why im talking english lol. Sooo goood!! She only talks english and I have a good english so we understand each other really well. She helped me alot and was so nice always asking “are you feeling okay” thru the full process. Olivia and the all the staffs were sosoosososo nice. Thank you so much for the perfect experience. Definitely recommend and will come back ! 10000%%!!!

Elle a pris le temps de s'assurer que j'étais satisfaite de l'emplacement du piercing. Elle est très méticuleuse. Je lui ai fait confiance et laissée carte blanche et je ne regrette pas. Le service a vraiment été parfait. Short and sweet. Les prix sont raisonnables!!!! Je suis francophone et vu les mauvais commentaires de nombreux francophones j'étais un peu réticente... mais franchement le service est très bon. On a pas eu de difficulté à se comprendre et il y a des bilingues dans le salon de toute façon ????????‍♀️. Je suis allée dans un salon "francophone" à Laval 3 jours avant pour un autre piercing et le service n'était pas du tout aussi bon et les prix bcp trop élevé. Sur ce je recommande fortement. 10/10.
