I had gotten my septum pierced here back in July/August, and Jenna i believe? did the piercing. Jenna knew I was nervous and she explained everything to me, how to clean it, how the healing process was going to be etc. Everyone there made it such a welcoming environment. I follow the 9th Gate on social media so I know how amazing their tattoos are, seeing people tattoo & get tattooed showed how comfortable all the artists made everyone. 10/10 will defiantly found my place for tattoo and piercings <3

Luke, Jenna and the staff at 9th Gate are very welcoming. I spent a little over 3 hours there getting this tattoo and felt "right at home". Luke was able to bring my vision of my tattoo to life, and I'm very satisfied with the end product. The studio is well laid out with each artist having their own station, but all still connected to allow great conversations with other artists and customers. I have had a piercing done here as well by Jenna, who provided a very comfortable, well informed & safe environment. I am & will continue to be a repeat customer. (PS, I've allowed my 18 yo daughter to be pierced & tatted here, that's how confident I am with the staff and facility of 9th Gate Gallery!)

All the work is beautiful, and everything healed well and is holding up as time passes. Could not recommend more. They really know their stuff - I was taught aseptic technique as part of my education in health care and was IMPRESSED with their knowledge and practices in maintaining a safe, clean environment. Also want to congratulate Jenna on becoming an APP member! It’s the absolute height of recognition and her certification is testament to the level of skill and cleanliness maintained here, they don’t hand those out to everyone. Will def be back.

Luke, Jenna, Devon and Jeff are not only professional but can handle any style of tattoo you are looking for. They are beyond clean, and are always on time and helpful with any questions you may have. I have multiple tattoos and piercings by them and I haven't had a single issue. I've had infections and blown out tats from other shops( won't name names) and in 9th gate they are super clean, using saniderm to protect their work and to help with healing. Ppl being cowards leaving fake reviews, just shows how petty and small they can be. If you really have a complaint, have the balls and leave your name.

I only went there for 1 artist and since they are no longer there I will not go back. The owners are very unprofessional and Jennas tattoos are so light they will only last 3 to 4 years. They talk a good story on their facebook site but behind the scenes they lie and cheat people out of their money. Go anywhere else but there.
