The artists are very good at what they do, but in general the people there can be quite indifferent to you to the point of almost rude. Not all of them though. Had 2 tattoos done by Val recently who is real friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start. Reasonably priced as well. Not pushy. I find that the whole staff makes you feel very welcomed. The only thing that i don't like is that there is really no privacy. You're being tattooed there out in the open. Rating based on my experience with their old location and my consultation with their artist Val, I currently have not had any work done at this particular location. At their old location I got several piercings all of which I am very satisfied with and a small tattoo from an artist that has since moved on. The place was clean and the staff was pleasant. I enjoyed my consultation with Val and booked an appointment for a tattoo with her, will update my review when that's done. Edited to add: since my initial review I went through with my tattoo with Val and I have to say I am very pleased with the results and look forward to having more work done by her.
