I've never been to this specific shop (yet) but I've been tattooed by Nikki before. She is incredibly professional yet personal. You feel well taken care of and heard when you have any interaction with her. She gives it to you straight and has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience for someone her age. She is reasonable and very talented. I trust her opinions and knowledge and value her input and feedback into any design. I only go to two artists and Nikki is one of them. She is such a talented, genuine, sincere woman. Nikki possesses a very gentle hand while tattooing and makes sure you're comfortable throughout the session. Her work is one-of-a-kind and unique to her and she takes great care in making sure every detail is perfect. She's clean, precise, and provides amazing company as well! The trip to Lethbridge (3hrs from my location!) is definitely worth it. *Update* Finally got a piece done by the apprentice, Kevin, and wanted to just plop down a review for him here: He's very gentle and makes sure you're doing ok and still comfortable throughout the session. Super responsive to coaching from Nikki when it's given, you know he cares and has a passion for the art of tattooing. He may be an apprentice, but his talent is so very evident and you won't be disappointed with a piece from him.

Nikki gave me the most GORGEOUS tattoo. It was my first time getting one, I had been thinking about getting a tattoo for many years and I was very nervous. Nikki was extremely professional, her shop was clean and beautifully decorated, and she made sure the tattoo was exactly what I wanted. She had no issues changing things I didn't absolutely love. As soon as you enter you can feel the love put into this studio, But even better the love of putting a one of a kind piece of art on you flow even stronger. If you want to get away from the Sleazy & Drama filled parlours that are all to frequent these days, This is the place for you...
