Friendly staff and super hygenic environment. They took all of the ear piercing materials straight out of sterilized packaging and then sterilized them again right in front of me. I was a bit nervous about getting my ears pierced, but the staff made me feel at ease and super comfortable. They answered any questions I have and were super experienced and knowledgeable. I got 3 piercings done at once and they were so well done, I didn't have any pain at all. 11/10. Would totally recommend.

I have been left disfigured for Life by jaded body art I went in to get my one tattoo fixed and she definitely did not fix it it looks absolutely terrible it's supposed to be a star on my face which was just supposed to be a touch up now it's twice as big and it is so crooked it doesn't even look like a star.the scarring is so bad that there is no way I can even get it touched up I don't even know what to do. I can't even begin to tell you how traumatizing this is for a young lady like me to be disfigured for life at 30 years old I can't even leave my house it's that bad.

I have had 4 cartilage, both lobes, my tongue, and spider bites (double lip) all pierced here, and my wrist tattoos were done here. I love this shop, they are so friendly, and clean. You can observe their hygienic practice and they will answer any questions you have. I had an issue with healing a few weeks after having one of my peircings done, and they took me in that evening and had Kristen (she's the best!!) look at it and she gave me some tips for helping it heal better. I honestly recommend them to anybody that asks. Their customer service and cleanliness is top notch.

This place is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. They are a little bit more expensive than a piercing place at the mall, but their knowledge and expertise is leaps and bounds above what you get elsewhere. Piercings are performed with a proper (sterilized) needle, not with a punch gun. They supply the saline needed to keep your piercing clean, and provide a warranty on the jewelry that includes any adjustments that may be needed. The staff are friendly and the selection is wonderful. Thank you very much.

I went to pick up a new labret stud for my nostril piercing. Specifically told the sales person I wanted I wanted internally threaded jewellery because I already have jewellery that is external threading. We chatted for a bit and I ended up selecting a stud which I thought was from what she said was internal threading. Paid for my jewellery and left and tried to install the jewellery to discover it was incorrect. When I called back to inquire if it was given by mistake the sales person said she thought it was weird I was picking that jewellery even though I asked for internal threading, but they don't question customers there. If a customer is specific and they make the wrong selection generally you should point out the mistake and not assume that the customer is always right. So now I am stuck with a $32 stud that's worth $5 that I never needed.

I had an exquisitely beautiful tattoo done by Victoria. She is very professional. The shop is clean, modern and well maintained. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. Might be a bit pricey, but this is one area where you do get what you pay for, and I wouldn't want to settle for less. My tattoo is worth every penny. I'd definitely go here again if I wanted any further body art done.

All of the people at jaded are amazing and very helpful if you have any questions. I have had my ears pierced many times and they have all got infected until I came to jaded. They do it quick and tell you how to keep it clean. Overall GREAT service for piercings and tattoos.

I wanted a tattoo in rememberance of my step mom who passed away. I was hoping to get it before the first anniversary of her death and I unfortunately did not go in until it was a week away. They understood the importance of my wishes, and were very accomodating. The place was very clean, and felt very comfortable. My tattoo also came out amazing. I will be returning for my tattoo celebrating my son's birth, as well as a touch up or cover up of another tattoo done porely elsewhere.

Be very cautious of who you let tattoo you at this shop!!! The people are super nice and friendly but some of the artists are not professional at all. My first tattoo there faded after 6 weeks and I 100% take care of my tattoo's and am very cautious of how I clean them and care for them. My second tattoo was the nightmare of nightmares though. My friend and I went in for matching memorial tattoos on a very difficult piece of the body, we explained this and sent it a ton of pictures, booked the appointment almost 6 months in advanced and when we showed up for our appointment, which should've being a maximum of 1 hour for the both of us (these were small tattoos), at the set time, the tattoo artist made us wait for 30 minutes, with no customers in her booth and then had nothing ready as a design. The designing took at least another 45 minutes, then once that was done she decided it was time to eat, smoke and clean her station which took another 20 minutes, so now we are over an hour into our appointment and neither of us have had any work done. My gut said to leave but we really wanted the tattoos and had being waiting years to get them done so we went ahead, this took another hour and a half to get us both tattoo'd and they are the WORST TATTOO'S I HAVE EVER HAD DONE. They look like a 4 year old did them, were not the colours we wanted and have almost completely faded after 1 week (which is a miracle actually). I hate writing bad reviews but I could't let this one go, tattoos are for life and when you put that much time into making sure you give an artist tons of time for design and questions you'd think they'd be on the ball a lot more!

Went there in June to get a tattoo, it's now August and my tattoo is incredibly faded and when I got it done the girl had issues doing the straight lines and even missed a few spots on an incredibly simple Deathly Hallows piece on my wrist. Despite all of that, everyone in the shop was wonderful and everything was incredibly clean. I have to pay to get the tattoo touched up in my home town because I was only in Lethbridge for a few days.

Everything is fairly priced, and when you run out of cleaner you can go pick one up for free, which is awesome. I got my double lobes pierced just over 4 months ago now and the backs of them are very rough, scarred, and unpleasant looking because of the piercings. I have had 7 piercings before from other shops in Alberta and Ontario and I have never experienced problems until getting these two done here. In addition, I have never been pierced while laying down, always sitting up, and they pierce you laying down here which causes the jewelry to sit at an upwards angle rather than at the normal forward flattering angle. Two stars because the staff were very friendly but the piercings didn't turn out and are most likely permanently scarred.
