Unhappy customer. Thought Dana was a friend so I was okay with not having the best work because a "friend" did it. Truth be told, I have some good and some bad tatts from him. His work is inconsistent and he blew out a clover on my wrist but blamed it on previous artist who did the original tattoo that he "touched up." Personal feelings aside, the quality of the tattoos he did on me was a couple of great, two half-finished, and a blown out touch up. I wish you the best of luck going there, it's at best, a roll of the dice.

I have, to date, had three fantastic tattoos done at Revolution Ink. A great phoenix tattoo and a rework of an old spiral tattoo (night and day... the end result was so much better than I had thought that tattoo could look) by Dana, and most recently (2 days ago) a lotus done by Dana’s apprentice Eanna. It turned out amazing and I am really pleased. Will definitely be going back for more tattoos in the future. Highly recommend!

I had been planning to get a tattoo for many years, but it wasn't the right time until recently. I went to Revolution Ink with a friend of mine last December to sit with her while she got a new tattoo done. There I met Dana, the shop owner, and we started talking about my ideas for my first ever tattoo. We instantly clicked and he seemed genuinely interested and excited to design something based on my ideas and help turn my ideas into an amazing first ever tattoo. After a few weeks of back and forth emails to finalize the concept and design (I had a lot of ideas, and he's a bit of a perfectionist, which I very much appreciated), he had me in for my first session in February. As it's a fairly large and detailed upper arm sleeve I've been for 3 sessions now, with one final session upcoming. Dana has been AMAZING to work with. He's personable, he listens, and most importantly TALENTED. I'm really pleased with the work done thus far, and everyone that's seen it thus far has been wowed! I can't wait to return in the next week or two to get the final touches done so I can finally show off the amazing piece that I'm very proud of (and Dana should be proud of as well!)

Came in to get a cool Norse tattoo design on my forearm and the design had to be scaled down quite a bit to fit. Dana at first mentioned it would be a pain because of the intricate design, but assured me it could be done well. He did an amazing job! Very kind and cool, and made me feel at ease. I had gotten a tattoo here before by the owner and had an amazing experience with him. Although the tattoo was simple he made sure it was absolutely perfect which was much appreciated. This is why I came back and brought a friend as well! However, My friend and I had a different artist which seemed totally fine at first but then it went downhill. There was so much confusion with the design and wish I had drawn it to make things faster. She gave us so much attitude and made it clear she was annoyed when we asked to make the font smaller which should be easy. We were nice the whole time so I don't understand why she was so rude. by the time we actually started over an hour had passed. My tattoo was cute and simple and for the most part she did a good job, but the circle on one part is so messed up it looks terrible. Really disappointed this time around and highly recommend only trusting the owner with your work and customer service skills.

what a story to tell. Me and the girlfriend were driving downtown Abbotsford and drove by a tattoo parlour, she looks at me and say jokingly, "wanna get tattoos tonight?" and spontaneously I said yes! unfortunately this was at 7pm at night and everywhere around us in Abby was closed for the night! We hit up google and found Revolution Ink that was open until 9, PERFECT! called in to the shop and was greeted by a lovely receptionist, said they will be willing to squeeze me and the girlfriend in. We made the trek down to Langley and the rest is history! Dana is super friendly and funny, very professional and isn't happy until his client is happy. I'd recommend Dana and Revolution Ink to everyone and we will be going back as well! The music was bumping the atmosphere was great and our tattoos are awesome! (girlfriend got some script and I got the outline of Italy in negative space which Dana recommended and I'm glad he did!) thanks so much Dana and Revolution Ink!

I'm very disappointed to say that I can no longer support this company. I'd say I'm embarrassed, but, I'm not the one who behaved horribly. Unfortunately there is no redemption for the tattoo work either as some of the lines & colour faded out completely within a few months.

Just had 2 tattoos done yesterday by Dana and he was also gracious enough as a last minute add on to do a small tattoo on my friend who had never had a tattoo and decided she would like one also. Dana was very knowledgeable helpful in suggestion some slight tweaks really listened to what I wanted and came through fabulously. These were my 3rd and 4th tattoos. Previous 2 done by different artists Dana by far the best did a great job. Minimal pain. Even on my tender foot ! I am now planning for my next ones something i wasn't going to do btw. Went in yesterday to get a tattoo done of a lotus that Dana, the owner, had drawn up for me. When I was researching tattoos, they were all pretty much the same and I wanted something a bit different. He went along with my ideas and came up with something awesome. The experience itself was pretty enjoyable. It was cool to learn we had a lot in common and we had a fun time- at least I did. Asked for a medusa. Ended up with a mashed up abortion with horribly uneven "scales" on its head... And it took four hours... To just line it! Here's the kicker, he "couldn't get the ink to stay" because he doesn't know proper depth. Even if it was half price it was still a rip off. Spend the time, research a good artist and don't be cheap.

I came and got a tattoo in June and I have to say it turned out very bad. I just had to pay a different artist to fix it up at Rebellion tattoo. It was very unprofessional to be tattooing me but then doing a few consults leaving me waiting and have my pain increase from being left. I will not recommend this tattoo salon

Very happy with the work i received from Dana, clean shop with an artist who cares about the customer. I had another artist start my feet and was very painful, I understand feet is one of the most painful place to tattoo but with Dana there was very little pain. Recently got a tattoo done by Dana. Right from the initial consultation I felt comfortable and relaxed and had a lot of fun talking about my tattoo idea. Dana was so on board for the idea which made it even better. I got my tattoo done on my side/rib area which I have been told is super painful and Dana was great in checking in on my pain tolerance (which is surprisingly a lot higher than I anticipated). Bonus points to Dana for letting me have Full House on during the tattoo. Lol. :)
