Hands down the BEST place to get your piercing! I got my Monroe piercing and was so nervous but Justin was very calm, talked me through the procedure and I barely noticed it was done! Hardly any swelling and healed pretty great!! Went back a few weeks after to change my stud and he changed it so quick I was literally in and out. Unfortunately, I wanted the shortest stem but it was a bit snug so I made an appointment to change it to a bit longer stem and again, he was so great and professional and had it changed for me. I highly recommend Justin and Golden Rose if you want a clean place, awesome piercer and overall great experience! I have a feeling ill be back there again!

I had both my tongue and hood pierced when I was younger and recently decided to have them redone. I have been to Golden Rose in the past and chose to go back because I find the environment clean and calming and when I was calling around I found the customer service was exceptional. Justin is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable, he also listened to my concerns and answered all my questions! I followed his after care instructions and had almost no swelling or soreness.

I have known Justin for some time and trusted him to change the jewellery on my sternum microdermal done at another shop in California. When it came time to take the dermal out, I was really reluctant to do so because I have really bad anxiety around needles/incisions. He communicated everything to me before, during and after perfectly and helped keep me calm even when I almost decided to not go through with it. The hole I’m left with is way smaller than I imagined and a huge weight has been lifted off my chest (no pun intended) taking this piercing out that I’ve had for 6 years. THANK YOU JUSTIN!!

There’s a ton of amazing reviews on here but I’ll add another one! My third time getting pierced here, and I’m always pleased with the great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Good to note: the whole store has really great covid policies for health and safety! Everyone has masks and gloves, and it’s all sanitized with special bins to put personal stuff in. All by appointment, so that the store isn’t crowded. Told Justin I was nervous and he chatted with me the whole time to help me relax. Super great overall experience and I’m already planning my next visit!

He is gentle and also fills you in on what's going on. he has also had to change out the cartilage earrings a couple times due to scans and he never has a problem doing that. Very friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend Justin as he stays up to date on all the piercing protocols as well. Very knowledgeable and safe environment

After a bad experience getting my conch pierced at another place in Maple Ridge, then finding out the reviews were based off someone who no longer works there, I came here hoping to get the rest of my "curated ear" done with proper placement. Over the last year I have had my industrial, daith, tragus, helix and 2 small studs done on my lobes here. I actually barely felt anything at all during my appointments. Healing went so smooth for all. I had almost zero pain, swelling or discomfort. I could sleep on them after only a few days. They all look so good!! I highly recommend Justin who also owns the shop for any piercing needs. Dude is super cool and his wife who booked my apt was fantastic. I also got a tattoo done here by Megan and I LOVE it. She did it quick, yet with perfect execution. She's got a great personality to boot. It's exactly what I want and I'll be back to see her for the next one. I had my vertical tragus done by Justin over the holidays and he was incredible. Polite, kind, explanatory; the whole experience was great. I used to always go downtown to Adrenaline for all my piercings, however, they are double the price and I always ended up with an infection at one point or another. The vertical tragus is a much more intricate and complex piercing and I have had NO issues. It’s healing beautifully with minimal redness, no pain, and no signs of infection. On top of it, Justin free-handed the piercing which shows his skill-level. 100% would recommend and I will 100% be back for more piercings (and probably tattoos!)

I went to get my tongue pierced which I had previously had done by another piercer and it was done incorrect. Yesterday I got my tongue pierced at golden rose and it was painless, and has barley had any swelling (unlike the last time) by tomorrow I think my tongue will feel normal again. They were also able to take me in before my appointment time so that was great also!

I took my daughter to Golden Rose after looking up reviews online and also some of my daughters friends having been already and saying good things about it. My first thought walking into this business was how clean and bright it was. Justin was very welcoming and friendly to us and helped us right away. Justin explained the nose piercing to my daughter and took his time in making sure she was comfortable with the placement and look of it. It wasn’t rushed or hasty which I appreciated.
