I went to Mandy for eyeliner tattoo, something I have wanted for many years but was hesitant due to the perceived pain and cost. I initially booked bottom eyeliner only as that is my ‘look’ . I also am no spring chicken - 60 is just around the corner - so I have my share of eye bags and lines. I showed Mandy pics of how I wear my makeup and she talked me into have the top and bottom liner and I am soooooo grateful and thankful she did!!! I chose Avenue 42 because of all the great reviews, and Mandi absolutely did not disappoint. She is very knowledgeable in what she is doing, always takes her time to map out your desired look, and always keeps you updated while doing the procedure. I had my eyeliners done for the first time, I wasn’t sure what style/thickness I wanted. Mandi suggested that we could start with a thin line, and if I wanted a bolder look we could do that in the touch up session. I have to say she has great aesthetic taste in drawing for different eye features. The result is amazing!!!!

I first found Mandy’s permanent make up website a couple years ago after I had a bad microblading experience somewhere else. My previous eyebrow microblading faded to nothing and my natural brows were back to being blonde/light brown and sparse. It was a waste of my time and money and caused me so much pain because the technician didnt know how to numb properly. I came to Mandy to see if she could fix the mess I had and she did. We went with the combination brows because I had scar tissue from the previous microblading. Mandy made sure I was happy with the color and shape and she used numbing cream. She was so attentive asking me if I was in pain and I was never in pain, it only felt like a vibration! My brows turned out amazing! Im so happy I dont have to draw in my brows every morning anymore!
