But I am really disappointed. This person looked quite in his bubble and answered half a word. I took very good care of my piercing and healing, without any problem ... and there the piercer literally butchered me 2 months later. I may have paid for a ring that was too small and also tipped a person not at all professional! J'ai pas compris ce qui s'est passé mais il semblerait qu'iel a mis l'anneau et a tenté de refermer, puis l'a enlevé et replacé EN FORÇANT DESSUS. J'ai saigné. Bien-sur iel a rien dit mais a essuyé et je veux dire... le soir y'avait du sang donc j'ai deviné. J'ai eu plus mal là qu'au jour du vrai perçage! 0 communication. Iel m'a même pas dit de désinfecter non plus. La seule chose qu'iel m'a dite je n'ai pas compris et demandé de répéter: iel m'a parlé de qq chose avec 95% par rapport a l'anneau. Et ça fait que 2 jours et j'ai mal. Je désinfecte mais l'anneau est en train de creuser la peau dans ma bouche. Ma lèvre a aussi enflée. J'ai fait confiance a un "professionnel" qui m'a même pas de un expliquer quoi que ce soit, ni même prévenu qu'iel me "repercerait" en forçant??? Si il faut l'anneau est trop petit et iel a pas voulu le changer. Mais je suis vraiment déçu. Cette personne avait l'air pas mal dans sa bulle et répondait à demi-mot. Je m'étais très bien occupé de mon piercing et la cicatrisation, sans aucun problème... et là le pierceur m'a littéralement charcuté 2 mois plus tard. J'ai peut-être payé pour anneau trop petit et en plus tippé une personne pas professionelle du tout!

She made me feel super comfortable, took her time marking placement to get it right, explained to me everything she was doing as she was doing it. While they were very nice and friendly, a simple earring change turned into a painful 30 minute experience with lots of blood and I was not pleased with the result - it does not look good. Long wait times to be served, uninformed staff (concerning piercings, never had to deal with tattoos there), lack of proper equipment (No autoclave, they give you an alcohol swab to disinfect your piercings. For the walk-in piercing, I waited about 30 minutes because there were a few people before me (around 4 p.m. on weekdays). Well, I want to leave this review cause I feel it could save someone else’s money and you could avoid a really bad experience on your body. I went to piece my ear on August 29th, I ended up with a smiley too. The price was cheaper than other places ( first ????) but I went in for the good reviews. The other ???? was when I was called to get pierced, I asked the lady if I could record (I ALWAYS RECORD JUST IN CASE, and also because it’s something that you don’t live twice) but she said NO, because she preferred to have the client’s attention, but look what I’m dealing with right now, the video would have been helpful. When I left the place I was so excited that I didn’t even notice the trouble I was about to go in. My helix was diagonal “/“ since the very start and not because I slept over it (as the lady said) that mistake of hers made my piercing bleed and drain pus which is normal cause it was “healing” (that’s why I didn’t go right away) I waited until today (2 months later) and it was still bleeding and draining pus, I decided to take it off because that was not healing but getting worse. NOW, my smiley was also diagonal “/“ and that caused the jewel going to the side instead of the middle, and as a person with OCD, smiling was getting kind of annoying because I would move it to the middle every time, but it always came back to that horrible position, I was anxious and getting really mad about the fact that I really wanted my smiley and now it was ruined, I wasted money (they didn’t even gave it back, also, the lady kept the jewels) but they were really bad quality so I don’t mind, I’m mad cause I did pay for all that, she accepted to give me a discount but only cause I suggested it, and just for one of the piercings (the smiley) because the helix “wasn’t her fault”. Right after I went to a studio I would trust my life on and they confirmed what I said, so, long story short: DON’T, cause 2 bad piercings aren’t a “coincidence” they may have good reviews (idk why) but if you want a well made piercing and right in the middle, go somewhere else.

Seul hic c’est qu’à mon piercing du daith on m’a mis le mauvais type de bijoux et donc qui a causé des boules d’irritations pendant la guérison, mais on me l’a gentiment changé gratuitement en expliquant la situation. De l’attente bien sur, mais ca il faut s’en y attendre partout, aucun lien avec le professionnalisme. Je recommande:)

Worst place for dermals, do not waste your time or money there!!!! I’ve been going to this place since 2012. Always had good service, the people are very kind and nice. I’ve even referred few of my friends there. Unfortunately, my dermal jewelries weren’t identical, one was bigger than the other one because the lady du was so in rush for her appointment that she didn’t check carefully (while when I called, she almost rushed me to come the same day) and I ended up to hung it by my pants. Came back to have it changed, the girl changed one of them for free and said that I had a meatball on the other one and to remove it, it would cost $20 and she would have to order an « scalpel » since they don’t carry one, wait 1-2 months to get another dermal. In the meantime, she told me that I could put some band aid. I’m a nurse and got a check up at Saint-Luc by a colleague of mine, which is also a nurse, there was NO MEATBALL at all, as I’ve told the girl ! I went to Adrenaline on Sherbrooke and got both changed for $50 + taxes. Again guys, DO NOT waste your time for dermals or MONEY there. I’m extremely disappointed of their services. I didn’t mind to pay.
