This visit has been the second time that I have come to this shop for piercings, as like the first time the shop is still very clean, organized, and well maintain.????The owner Richard is a pleasure to talk to, he's polite and very knowledgable. Answered all the questions I had for him. ????The apprentice Liz who did my counch piercing is warm, welcoming, easy to talk to, and makes u feel at ease while getting pierced. ???? She did an amazing job and I'm so happy with her work.???? I will definitely be coming back, and letting my friends and family know this is the place to go. Thanks so much guys,.????

I went to a concert the week before, got the signature of my idol on me and needed it tattooed before it disappear. Santiago was a very easy going artist and made a perfect job on the signature even if the most of it was already faded. Thanks again to you guys; this tattoo was very important for me and you made it happen. You rock!

My 1st experience at slicks in St. Anne's a few years ago was good and I decided to go back to get another tattoo. I called and spoke to a nice guy who suggested Ryan would be my tattoo artist based on what I wanted. I emailed over some pics of ideas I had and I was told Ryan would call or email me back that day to make suggestions. 2 days later still no call or reply to my email. I decided to rearrange my schedule and go meet Ryan for a consult. I told the guy on the phone that I would be there for 6p. When I got there, Ryan was doing another tattoo and that it would be about half an hour. When I went back, I waited another 15 minutes and decided enough was enough. Obviously my time or appointment wasn't important. I would never go back or recommend Slicks based on the lack of respect I was shown. There are many other reputable tattoo shops in the West Island that treat their customers like they matter. This review is not meant to hurt Slicks as the person I spoke to was very nice and did his best to make up for Ryan's insufficiency.

The experience itself was great, the piercer knew what she was doing and very informative. I have multiple piercings and know how to properly care for them afterwards, I was cleaning my tragus with a qtip softly and the piercing came undone and fell out. Impossible to put it back in. Pretty disappointed that it wasn’t tightened properly.

Jesse was very nice and very honest when providing information. The studio was clean and sterile and the prices are good for the service you are getting! The service was very quick and the staff extremely friendly, would definitely go back for my next piercing or tattoo!

I recommend this tattoo parlor! I have been going there for every one of my tattoos and never been disappointed! I recently went with my mother and we had an artist named Alex aka Santiago and he was very accommodating and made our experience a great one! The staff have also been super awesome and treated us kindly.

Customer service is fantastic, staff very polite and accommodating, place is clean and orderly. The tattoo artists from personal and friends' experiences, are very good, produce quality work. The artist Smashley Dale, in particular, produced an incredibly sharp, clean tattoo, great, consistent straight lines and fill, inflicting hardly any discomfort. Very impressed.

My sister and I went to get our ears pierced. It was my first time so I was pretty nervous but the staff was incredibly kind and knowledgable and super chill which definitely put me at ease. The process was very professional and clean and they provided excellent instructions on how to care for my piercings afterwards. They also charged less than I was quoted by a mall kiosk for a much cleaner, safer, higher quality service. Super happy with how they came out. Will definitely come back for any future piercings/tattoos!

Got 5 piercings done at Slick over the past 3 years and I always felt super comfortable and also very happy about the turnouts! I even had a lot of swelling in one of my piercings once and it fell out and I called and they patiently told me what to do over the phone and they repierced it for me free of charge and so kindly! Even if I don't live near there anymore I still go as I know I will get good and trustworthy service. I recommend !

Went to get my dermal piercing removed, and the piercer, Jesse, did an amazing job at explaining the procedure and helping me feel at ease. I was also nervous that it would be really painful, but the procedure was over before I even realized and I felt absolutely no pain. Horrible service my gf got her ears pierced super unprofessional they came out so bad had to be redone super lopsided they pierce thru the cartilage instead of the ear lobe when she went back the guy was super rude saying what do u want me to do about it, turns out it was his gf that did the horrible piercings didn’t even offer a discount when they offer JAC students 15% off didn’t offer money back or apologize and there were even junkies hanging around outside shooting up with needles super gross the shop stunk like weed but there were super high af and not paying attention the girl that pierced her ears was rly rough and made the whole thing super painful 100% never going back there worked part is they didn’t even check her ID or anything, maybe this review will help them build a better business and hire better artists and management it’s a real shame how they treated her a “jac student” I really wish there was an option to give zero stars

Passed by today to get my lobes pierced and it was such an easy and informative process. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and Moia was able to accommodate me without any issues. She was so attentive and meticulous about the placement of my piercing which was something I was nervous about and she made me feel really comfortable with the entire process. The whole thing wasn’t rushed in any way, but I was in and out in 15 mins. The space seemed clean and the process was sanitary. I was also surprised at how inexpensive the process was (20$ for one piercing or 30$ for 2)! Pretty great experience, really sweet piercer. Highly recommend!

I was basically ignored by the counter staff. I waited over 10 minutes to talk to someone, got half a sentence out of the guy while he was on his phone the whole time and without so much as an "excuse me brb" he walked off. I don't understand the great reviews, as customer service was non-existent. A YEAR LATER: wanted to give a second chance, called the shop and the guy on the phone was not very informative or communicative. And as for the fact that the shop was "busy" the first time I went in, no it was not busy. There was one other couple in the place. It wasn't Christmas at all, and your holiday greeting is telling to the type of attention you pay to customers. I was just older than the demographic typically catered to and was ignored. Completely.
