I had my ears pierced by Charlie and the whole experience was wonderful. Charlie made sure to measure the placement of the holes on both ears. He took his time doing this, and consulted with me to make sure I was happy with the position. He is extremely hygienic with his tools before, during and after the procedure. He was sure to tell me how to take care of the piercings for the following three weeks, to avoid infection and have the piercing heal nicely. And said if I had any questions to reach out. Charlie was amazing. My friend and I called for an appointment the day of and he had time to squeeze us in when nobody else did. I forgot ID so my friend got her conch done, which he did so carefully and his placement was very fitting for her ear shape. He offered to have us go get ID for me and return later to get my septum done. When we returned and he did my septum, he readjusted the clamp a few times really carefully to make sure he got the right spot for me. He professional and yet this was still a very comforting experience. I will definitely be returning for any future piercings!

I got my piercing two weeks ago and he said it would be swollen but IT HASNT AT ALL. It’s already completely healed from what I can see and I had no issues with it at all! 12/10 would recommend haha. He was also extremely patient with me and spent a lot of time with me prior to actually piercing it so that I would be satisfied with the after effect. Unlike most piercers who just want to do it and get you out, this was by far the best piercing experience I’ve EVER had!!!! Definitely gonna come back for my nipple piercings~

I came in to get a new piece for my septum 3 day after my original piercer (at a different store) put in a horseshoe far too small for my nose. The screws kept falling out and the tightness was hurting my nose. Not only was I amazed by the prices at Pierce’d, Charlie offered to put the new piece in for me and tighten it so the screws wouldn’t fall out anymore with no extra charge. I will definitely be coming here again for any of my piercing needs. If you ever go in, please tip them, they really deserve it!

I went to Charlie for two piercings; a conch and a daith. Upon further discussion we decided to do a tragus instead of a daith. Well, the needle was stuck in my tragus for about half an hour and he was wiggling it around like crazy, causing me intense, excruciating pain. A few days later the ball holding the jewelry in my ear fell out and I could not find it for the life of me. I went to a closer piercing place that I had been to before to purchase a replacement screwball. That’s when I learned that he had pierced through my ear canal and that the piercing was not salvageable. It needed to be taken out immediately as to not cause an infection. It sucks because I really love my conch and he did a great job on it.

We spoke with Charlie who could have just pierced us, charged us, and it would have been just like another pretty hasty piercing place that I’ve been to. My son wanted to get his ear pierced for a while. He was super nervous because he didn't know what to expect. He was very professional and took his time to help get my son to relax. He talked to him about what he wanted for a piercing and went over all the do's and don'ts with him. He took his time and really listened to what he wanted. I came to see Charlie to get my nose re-done as my first time it was botched. I was quite nervous since I hadn't realized the extent of damage from the first time, and the scar tissue could cause some issues with getting it done properly. Charlie was super patient and we spoke about options and gave me time to think about it in his shop. Decided to get it re-done and am extremely happy with the results, it hurt way less than it had the first time, and they were much better placed.

I haven't gotten a piercing in a very long time (since I was a baby thefefore I do not remember the pain) so going into here was a great experience for getting a piercing on my own. I got a nose piercing done by Charlie. I loved how Charlie used a pen on my nose to let me have an opinion on the placement. I am no expert so I thought the first placement was ok. I am so thankful that he tried a different placement and thought it suited me much better. I really trusted Charlie's judgment. It turned out amazing! I really love it! I also really appreciated the polite and welcoming staff. Thank you for the piercing!

I went in to get my right ear lobe pierced and Charlie was extremely precise and professional and took his time to make sure my right ear matched up with the pre-existing left ear piercing. The reviews don't lie! I found this place off google and chose to go here cuz of the reviews. My mom and I went to get upper lobe and cartilage piercings. He was very patient when we were deciding what to get and gave great advice. I wanted to get an industrial but he advised against it due to the shape of my ear. I ended up getting a nose piercing instead! He was super helpful and made sure that we were satisfied with what we were getting. Highly recommend!

My experience at Pierc’d was FREAKING AMAZING!!!! When I got there, everything was prepared and everyone was chill and pleasant. Charlie is a superstar and you can tell he really cares. I came to him with an earlobe infection after A DIFFERENT SHOP used some not so clean tools. He has worked on me over the past weeks and the infection/bubble is almost completely gone! Part way through our treatment, I got a nose piercing from Charlie and it healed quickly (he is really great with after care instructions). Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!! Thank you Charlie :)
