Very clean and welcoming studio. Quick to respond about appointment booking, I was having issues with loading site on my phone and she was very understanding and communicated with me through Instagram. Amazing attention to detail and very talented artist, work was done by Inez. She was lovely and listened to exactly what I wanted. When I arrived to the shop, she had different drawings done to show a few different options. I didn't really have to change anything about the design, it turned out much better than I had imagined it. Great communication prior to and during appointment. Will definitely come back once books are open again. Thank you.
