I had an appointment booked months back just before the last lockdown started. I would have expected since I already had my name in that I would have recieved a call or SOMETHING letting me know that obviously since things were closed again that my appointment would have to be postponed. When I tried calling myself there was an option for a voicemail. I left a voicemail explaining how nobody called me to tell me anything and I never recieved a call back either. Now clearly you would think if I had an appointment already booked that when lockdown ended recently I would have maybe gotten a call then? NOPE! Nobody called to even set my appointment back up or check to see if I still wanted to come in. As I and anyone else with a previously existing booking should have gotten first dibs on setting up a new date shouldn't they? I find this Incredibly unprofessional behaviour for such a business and wouldn't even bother setting up a new appointment with such a lack of communication on their part. Pretty dissapointing honestly. Just an outright let down. I would have been fine with waiting and setting up a later date if only someone had at least called me to update me on how things were going to go. Wouldn't recommend simply because of professionalism and communication. Really dissapointing. Update: after going through and reading some other reviews I can see I'm far from the only person unhappy with this business. And from what I'm seeing the staff love to respond with very witty comments back to their customers like "if you are really one of our clients" because they can't find the exact name in there database or something. I've seen multiple reviews mentioning having previously been asked to take down/remove their reviews before being threatened with legal action. I'd like to mention to anyone being scared by these responses not to worry. It's illegal to ask customers to remove bad reviews if they are honest. You can't have any legal action taken against you if your review is genuine no matter the circumstances. And the responses I've seen from this company towards the reviews given makes me even more disgusted and glad I didn't bother making a new appointment. Oh and before someone responds with "we couldn't find your name in our data base so we're going to consider you spam" I don't go by my real name on reviews strictly so people like you can't contact me to take reviews down or threaten me ???????? have a nice day

My husband and I were in on the weekend for one of the couples packages. We had massages and pedicures and the girls did an amazing job. They have a very nice couples room that is relaxing and your own little private spa. This is theee best place for pedicures, I’ve been to many salons for pedicures and often find my feet feel the same as they did before hand by the next day. Not here! Love the tools that they use and everyone is super friendly.

Had to go a second time to get it fixed and came out crying! Now being forced to having it one way bcuz it's so uneven! Tomorrow is my birthday she ruined my birthday pictures! First Choice haircuts have given me a better and satisfying cut very professional! Currently waiting for manager to get back from vacation hopefully he/she can do something about it! I just got my hair done by Noknoy. I cannot express how amazed I am with her talent. I brought her a total disaster, and left with the best cut and colour I have ever gotten by anyone. She’s so friendly, easy going and so knowledgeable! The prices are on the high end, however, the atmosphere, cleanliness and outstanding results make it well worth it. The reception staff and other stylist are very friendly as well! All around, such a fantastic experience.

Spent $350 on balayage when the color washed away in one wash. When called, I was asked to come again so they can fix it. I wasn't told I need to pay again until I went. Even if I paid to get it corrected, I was told it will wash away again very very soon. Waste of money and time!

I started coming to Euro Reflections in 2019. I was looking for a spot to get my nails done after moving to the area. I'd had negative experiences at other spas/salons like this before so I was a bit nervous going in, but each and every time, my experience is so positive. Staff are professional without being condescending. I came here prior to my wedding and even brought my husband in for the "sports manicure" for men and he loved it. I always look forward to my visits. I typically see Natalia, but even the times when I've had to see someone else, my nails are always done perfectly and last for weeks.

RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!!! I came here about 4 months ago - first i would like to mention the parking is vey minimal, i actually never have written a review before but i had to come on as its been in the back of my head for quite some time.... im happy im finally writing this - i dont like this place one bit, the front desk was really snobby, quoted me an INSANE PRICE.. and they actually ask you to review them 5 stars for a discount?? then when you tell the truth in a review they threaten to take legal action... just wow. I also would like to mention the guy who works here was just staring me right down made me so uncomfortable giving me dirty looks as i was waiting for my stylist i felt so unwelcomed and JUDGED here, how could they even expect to charge as much as they do when they cant even show any appreciation for you as a customer! pathetic. DONT COME HERE.

Lets be real, since the pandemic it's been a couple years since I got a facial... and boy did i need one. When I lived in Mississauga, I had a wonderful esthetician but the distance to travel left me looking for somewhere new. It was spontaneous as I booked last minute-- Natalia was available--thank the universe, I found her. She's so intuitive, and respectful. She made me feel so so so comfortable; her energy is so calming and healing. I have had many facials, but this one was genuinely one of the BEST. Thank you Natalia! I wish I could give it 10 stars. Cannot recommend Beth the hair stylist more. Her attention to detail and mastery of the craft are second to none. Everytime I see her she transforms my hair and gives me a very stylish cut and style. She gives great advice on styling and makes sure that every last hair is in place before I go. I've never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. Do yourself a massive favour, book an appointment with Beth because she is exceptional at what she does. Love this place.

I decided at age 65 it was time to spruce up my look but I was never good at applying makeup nor did I have the time. So I decided to give permanent makeup a try. I was a little leery but after speaking with Tania Duca (owner) I decided to go for it. It wasn't scary at all. Tania walked me through the process beforehand and checked in with me constantly to make sure I was totally comfortable. And it was done in a safe environment with all Covid protocals taken. I trusted to go here for armpit hair removal and after spending $600, the hair is still there. They convinced me that I was a perfect candidate for laser hair removal because I have dark hair and light skin but it didn't work at all. After getting the $400 package for 10 visits, it did not work. They convinced me to go for additional sessions and I just ended up wasting more money and now I still have to deal with the hair. Not impressed.

After pandemic and illness it's been almost a year since I've been able to get a haircut. I normally have it just past shoulders, unfortunately it grows super fast and was less then 2" from waist. My hair is super fine so that long just hung there, looked awful. A good friend of mine suggested try here. I was sooo happy! Madyson listened and cut my hair wonderfully and cut the way it grows I can easily obtain same style at home and the cut is versatile enough to wear many ways without huge effort! Love this as my daughter lives overseas and when she visits Canada, we always book time together at the spa. The staff is friendly and their facials top notch. The staff is so personable and help in anyway they can whether it be taking your jacket or offering you a coffee. I’ve never had to wait for an appointment.
