Loanna is amazing! Booking an appointment with her is simply too easy and well worth it! Her website allows you to go and look over her calendar to find a date that best works with your schedule. But her website is just a bonus to the excited services that she provides. I have been to her three times now and I am obsessed. She is able to bring out the best in your natural shape/features when it comes to brows or lashes. Making your look not only look natural but complete glamorous. I have had lashes for many years and always make sure that the best tech is doing them for me. I used to drive to Ottawa to get my lashes filled because I deemed them the best. HOWEVER, I finally found I.D. Beauty and am so thrilled because Ioanna is the BEST. Not only is she highly skilled, she is soo nice and sweet. Her shape is wonderful, her retention is wonderful and she educates you on your own lashes!! I have never had another tech give me a product to clean my lashes with or even talk about my natural lash with me. I am so impressed with I.D. I’ve never had my lashes done before, but when I did, it looked very natural and lasted for over a month. I was super happy with the results and will do it again. I also got a cartilage piercing and henna eyebrows- which I’ve had done before and this was the best overall look compared to other salons I’ve been to in the City. I.d beauty is my new go-to! Would recommend 100% over any other person or salon. She’s super attentive to detail and makes sure you get the look you asked for. Other salons charged too much, and the end result was more than disappointing.
