I got my septum and nostril done by Faith, their only piercer. She is always professional, friendly, and very clean. She always has apointment times availible as well which is super convient! The first piece of septum jewerly I had was faulty and the ball kept falling off so i emailed her and was able to come in asap to switch out the jewelery with no problems. I'll only be coming here for my future piercings.

I got my first two tattoos here because this is where my grandfather got all of his done and the colour stayed amazingly (all of them were done by Tom) but my mum booked with Miss Ren, she was on mat leave then I obviously understood. I got my tattoos done by her fill in and the lady was really nice but I think she might have gone lighter on me because they were my first two, both of them started fading around 3 months after. She also went a little crooked in some places on my wrist and I get it was my wrist but it has bothered me for about two years now, I also feel like she might have been an apprentice.I love this place, they are very friendly and nice. I do recommend them just to look into your artist, would probably recommend Tom and Miss Ren seeing both of their work on my mother and grandfather

I had the pleasure of sitting down with Flo and discussing with her my plans to get a dream catcher half sleeve tattoo done. She had briefly met with me a few weeks earlier and we discussed possible ideas. Flo's easy going and laid back nature made it very relaxing and put me at ease during the whole process as this was my first time getting something this large done. I had paid her originally for one sitting but after about 3.5 hours we had determined that it would take at least another sitting to complete it. She could've charged me more for her time and another sitting but you can tell that she cares about her work. Needless to say I am very proud of the work she did and would gladly recommend her to any close family or friends. Keep up the great work, Flo!

My first mistake was getting a spontaneous tattoo by a guy named Shawn (not sure if he still works there) its of my last name and a cherry blossom, the first letter is blown out and is way too thick compared to the rest, the tattoo actually bled and I can't do anything about it, and when I went for touch ups he didn't touch up the cherry blossom which was also done by him and had to get it touched up else where. My second mistake is when I got a tattoo done by Flo a little while ago after getting a good reccomendation from one of Flo's friends(the only reason why I went back) so I booked an appointment to get a lily done for my friend. Right when I got there everything was rushed, a proper stencil wasn't done, the whole tattoo itself was rushed and done poorly; one side of a petal doesn't line up and just runs into the stamin of the flower and its pretty noticeable and awkward, there's also the area of the tattoo where ITS OUT OF THE LINES with the shading. I went to a different place that I trust to see what was actually wrong with the tattoo because it looks blotchy and it turns out its blown out in a couple places from Flo pushing too hard and blotchy where she didn't push hard enough and is now scarred (I got the tattoo to cover sh scars to begin with), I was told it was "rushed and applied poorly" needless to say I never came back for touch ups and will be getting it fixed at another place. My tattoo from Shaun was done in 2013 My tattoo from Flo was done in 2016

Got a tattoo there years back. People were playing FPS games in another room so loud you could barely hear the tattoo gun let alone someone talking. The lines on my tattoo don't line up around the lettering and the colour came out blotchy. The scab for the tattoo was rediculously thick in comparison to my other tattoos, and when I went to get it fixed and touched up they said I'd have to pay for it since I "picked at the scab." Even though I didn't.

I have never been so mislead & treated so poorly before like I was by the tattoo artist Ms. Ren. I had 2 tattoo done by her & she was very nice then but when it came to my second tattoo.. it was a very meaningful piece I wanted done. I had the consultation with her and she gave me the price by the size of the piece would cost with the calculations by what she charges per hour. So I said to her I wouldn't be able to pay that amount in one sitting so I would have to get it done in sessions and we were on agreement with that! But then after some sessions I was realizing she kept charging me session by session per amount of hours I was their. She went way over the price she told me it would be in the consultation. Also she excused me that it was because i wanted to add more stuff but I explained in the consultation I wanted a few butterflies and she always told me she doesnt remember the convo. She was on mat leave & leaving my piece unfinished and obviously I understand that she was on mat leave so I was okay obviously to wait a year for her to return and she expects me to pay her more money as she stated that there seemed to be a lot that keeps needing to be done. I told her well after a year of having an un finished piece will obviously go threw a lot regarding the healing process, the sun, skin changes etc etc. and her as a tattoo artist SHOULD know all about that! theres free touch ups after 6 months they give for a reason.... isn't there?! plus the first tattoo she did on me she said she would give me the touch up while I'm getting the piece I'm talking about right now as she forgot about giving me that tough up when I mentioned it. But again, she tells me she forgot about that convo. And was telling me she will finally finish the piece because it was a misunderstanding on her part and it will be lesson learned and then out of no where she emails me saying she went threw payments and doesn't think she was paid enough regarding how many times I was there. But then on her 'Tattoo- Instagram page she posts all these vacations pictures going to Dinsey ect. but she's not getting paid enough!? All in all she gave me a price at the consultation, and then says she will finish it as its a lesson learnt on her part then asks me to pay again. I even gave her a baby package to congratulate her on her baby and she didn't even thank me as she said she didn't know who it was from and still didn't thank me when I told her it was from me! She treated me so poorly and pretty much bashed me on email going back and forth on what was said and she was always the one who would say "oh I don't remember that convo" so I didn't feel comfortable enough to even go back there to get my piece (which is a very meaningful piece) done! Also I found on Ren's Instagram that she posted my tattoo on it and I asked her to remove it as I didn't give her any form of permission to post a meaningful tattoo of mine on social media.... especially seeing my brand new baby's full name and date of birth is in it.... not professional at all in my opinion on that let alone everything else!! And I also got a tattoo on my forearm touched up by Flo and she totally butchered what it originally looked like in the first place. She took a lot of the brightness out of it, and put greys all over it. She said I had a free touch up, but whenever I would have an appointment it would get cancelled by her. Once because she said she was in a 'fender bender' accident and I was completely understanding about it. But then her second cancelation she cancelled on me was because she said she wasn't in the shop that day because she was needing to get ready to go to a Rhianna concert.... Really?! All I can really say is that shop has gone down since Amy left..... Amy wherever you are you are truly missed!! I wouldn't even give"Urban Graffiti" 1 star but I have to in order to be able to post.

Follow up to previous post, individual TEXTED my number up insulting me and saying he posted my information on the net; be very careful how you talk to these people or they will come after you evidently. The establishment, especially Tommy, are completely unprofessional and do not recommend. Spent over half hour calling to make appointment, when I finally left a message about my appointment as well as mentioning my dislike at having to leave a message he called me back immediately; however it was not to talk about the appoint it was only to tell me off about the so called rude message.

Flo is the most amazing tattoo artist I've been too thus far. Flo kept me very comfortable, and made sure my tattoo was how I wanted it to be. I've also seen Flo for microblading my eyebrows, she answered all the questions I had and would make sure my eyebrow shape and colour was the way I wanted it to be. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would! The shop in itself is very clean, and sanitary and her pricing is really affordable considering how awesome of a job she does. Along with Flo at the shop, is her sister Ren. Ren also is an awesome tattoo artist! If you can't book with Flo, Ren would be an awesome alternative to whatever it is you're looking to get tatted.

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! We drove in from out of town to have my sons ears pierced for his birthday and they said they didn't have us down. I had called a week in advance just to ensure there would be no problems but clearly that didn't matter. They didn't have any customers in the shop at the time but still would not do the piercing as they said they didn't have anything sterilized but yet they say they take walk-ins???? The shop was full of smoke and was not maintained at all. My son said it was the worst birthday and it was all because of this place. I should have listened to my co-worker when she told me not to go there but I didn't and I really regret that.

Urban Graffiti has left a completely awful taste in my mouth. Not only was the dude supppppppper unprofessional, but also very standoffish. This was my first tattoo and I would hope that when you're in the business of customer service, you have the etiquette of making your clients feel as comfortable as possible and to take the time to get to know them. The tattoo artist that did my tattoo was extremely vague about providing me the appropriate pricing. The entire time he never once mentioned a set price and was very unclear about the process of how touchups work. It's been 3 weeks since I stepped foot into the shop and my tattoo is next to completely gone... not faded, but GONE. Out of the 9 letters, there is a remaining of 4 left. I do understand considering the placement of my tattoo, fading is inevitable.. but it should have not faded this much. I have called the shop numerous times and left messages yet nobody cares to get back to me... I am left utterly shocked and disappointed at the level of unprofessionalism.

Unprofessional is an understatement, the shop space is uncomfortable as there was no AC in the reception area. The artist came late with no heads up about being late neither did he apologize even thou we had an appointment. Other staff in the shop did not bother to ask why customer are waiting for long duration in the waiting area( like who cares). Don’t let me forget the choked smell inside the shop space , makes me wonder why they charge so much when the air I breathe in while I was inside the shop space is dirty. Please don’t get a service here , it’s not worth a dime I have reported your store to the province health and safety unit. You will be alright going forward!

Very unprofessional artist, do NOT see Maria Went in for a walk in and Maria did my tattoo. She overworked my skin to the point where it got infected and I had to take antibiotics to fix it. Left me with very visible scars and a faded, ugly tattoo. I had called Maria multiple times within the 6 month limit for a touch up, leaving voicemails and texts and even calling the tattoo shop itself. She never got back to me for my FREE touch up. Ended up having to get the tattoo covered up by someone way more respectable than her. I can't speak on the other tattoo artists, but make sure you don't get a tattoo from Maria
