I’ve had several tattoos done here at Tattoos For The Individual. The staff is so kind and welcoming. They’re there to answer any questions whenever I’ve had any, they’re all very professional and informed. Cleanest shop I’ve ever been in as well. I’ve had one half sleeve done by Kurt, he created an amazing custom design of Medusa for me. His work is absolutely phenomenal beyond words, he’s extremely professional and makes the whole experience enjoyable. He is absolutely one of the best tattoo artists out there. I’ve also had 2 tattoos done by their apprentice Jack, I love both of my tattoos from him & I would get more from him any day! he’s very passionate about tattooing & makes the experience memorable and comfortable. Definitely recommend you check them out.

Got a half sleeve from Kurt Wiscombe this past year of some very realistic looking owls. I did extensive research on artists in Winnipeg and decided that kurt was by far the most talented artist in the city - I'm glad I chose him to do my half sleeve. The artwork is incredible and his customer service and especially attention to detail was phenomenal. Would absolutely recommend to others, 5 stars for sure.

Friendly staff. Extremely professional. Clean and welcoming environment. Had my tat done by Courtney who is an AMAZING artist. Was told at a previous shop I could only get a black flower as a cover up. Went and had a consult with Courtney who immediately was excited about the chance to give me something pretty. No black flower here. Instead a BEAUTIFUL full colour purple water lily!! I have found my new artist. Thank you Courtney and Tattoos for the Individual I will be back.

Getting a large tattoo is a big decision. At this studio I was able to sit down and describe exactly what I wanted and see it sketched by my tattoo artist so we both could visualize what I wanted. This put my mind at ease since my expectations were understood. When it was finished, I was amazed. It was better than I imagined. Chris Stans is an amazing artist. His ability to add detail and his use of shading is incredible. I won't go anywhere else. Very impressed.

Strangers have stopped me in stores, traffic and all sorts of places just specifically to compliment my tattoos and ask where I got them done. That by itself is enough to know that I couldn't have got a better tattoo elsewhere. Kurt is a true artist, a monster with the tattoo machine who puts in the extra mile with the effort and detail to give a lasting solid end product. Work I've gotten done over a year ago was just referred to as brand new with the way he gets his saturation in your ink will likely never look anything less than recent. Can't say enough good things, 5 stars

Always wanted a tattoo by Kurt Wiscombe, finally got one last year, amazing experience and work by one of the best tattoo artists the industry has to offer. Great studio environment also has an art gallery called "Skull and Bones Gallery", a must see of original art and a jewelry gallery cabled "luxuniquedesigns" of original handmade pieces by his wife Sandy Wiscombe. Definitely have to check this place out.
