This shop has a really nice atmosphere that you feel as you walk through the door. Shop girls are always friendly on the phone and in person. The worst tattoo place i have ever been to. First, i was assigned a tattoo artist that didn't ask any question, didn't talk about the price before we were already engaging in the process, wasn't nice and wasn't interested in the tattoo that i wanted. Then comes the tattoo in itself. I now have to live my whole life with a sloppy tattoo because the tattoo artist had shaky hands and didn't do proper lines so the lines of my sun tattoo are not straight. Also some lines are bigger than others and some are even completely different from what i asked for. When i asked for some touch-ups because it didn't look good the guys was so annoyed and practically kicked me out so that he could go home. Thank you Osborne Village Ink Tattoo for this awful tattoo i'm gonna have to keep for life !!!!!!

Fred did such an amazing tattoo I’m obsessed with it, this was my first big tattoo but the process was easy and it’s healing wonderfully. I made the appointment through email and he gave me a time/price quote same day which was great! The shop looks amazing inside and the staff are friendly and professional. I went here for a walk in on a sunday. Didn't have to wait long luckily. Fred did a great job of my tattoo. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Place was clean, parking was in the back or side street. It's Osborne, you kind of expect that parking can be annoying sometimes. This place doesn't do any piercings at all! It's strictly a tattoo place.

Worst place ever been. Charge 100$ for appointment. Went there and the artist was late. Completely irresponsible. You trust someone to get something on your body and there late. Poor time management and they don't even give your money back. Do not recommend at all!

I've had both my tattoos at OVI with Fred (currently waiting on the design for the third!). The shop itself is clean and has parking in the back which is really convenient. Fred's work is beautiful, he is thoughtful, patient and his designs are always just what I've asked for. The tattoos themselves are incredible. I often get strangers stopping me on the street to compliment me on them. Great shop! Even better artist!

got my first tattoos done in november by sam who is super sweet and comforting :) i was a bit nervous about the pain even though mine were mini tats but it was pretty tolerable, you get used to it after a couple minutes. sam was pretty quick and all 3 of them turned out really well, and also healed perfectly. was done in less than an hour. i also like that it's a small and quiet place it makes me feel peaceful

Tried to book an appointment for me and my friend, called multiple times on multiple days, nobody answered. Tried texting them to book an appointment they responded and said they could book us but then stopped responding. Really unfortunate that they don't even want to book clients in.

I saw Shawn for both of mine and he made them exactly what I had in mind! Getting the tattoo was done very fast but done perfectly! Pricing was amazingly low for mine! They provide you with good, clear instructions on how to take care of your tattoo and they have pamphlets too! I've also had my industrial and lip pierced here! I highly, highly, highly recommend going there :)

Right from the time I called I was greeted with a patronizing condescending rude receptionist, laughed at my questions, was not cooperative I wanted a very simple quarter to a loonie sized tattoo, I called in the morning, she told me whenever I wanted I could make the appointment so I asked if I could come in for 5:30, Sharon the receptionist (same one as on the phone) told me they close at seven so they don’t want to book me in so late, Sharon told me to arrive at five, and that it would be a $200 deposit, when the artist heard what she wanted to charge for such a minimal tattoo he told me it wouldn’t be nearly so high of a deposit but more like the entire cost would be $200, when I arrived at the time Sharon said would be the latest to get in (5:00 pm) and waited for over an hour while new clients got in so much quicker. The only reason this review got any stars, was because our artist was so spectacular, funny and charismatic, but if I had not had to deal with a terrible receptionist before I was helped I would not be writing this review Sharon made my visit here so much worse than it had to be.

I have been going to OVI for over a decade, Cam has done all my work here that includes a half sleeve, both ribs, chest and 5 other pieces including a cover up. I'm happy with all my work and wouldn't go anywhere else. Cam has also tattooed my wife and 2 of my kids with some impressive large pieces. Shawn has also done work on my wife and daughter. Shawn Farrell is SO Talented!! I recently started a Looney Tunes Sleeve and was a little anxious due to the fact I Haden’t worked with Shawn before and living 2.5 hours away I could not pop into the shop to see how clean or dirty it is(it’s Spotless) I gave Shawn the characters I wanted and gave him the freedom to draw them up and he has not disappointed The colours he chooses just pop with colour!!
