I can not stress enough how amazing Astrea is! That girl has got mad talent! She comes up with beautiful,unique and amazing drawings! Not to mention the actual tattooing experience she she goes to your pace gives you breaks if you need them! I love how she is really concerned in having beautiful artwork and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. I must have changed my mind on some things here and there a bit much but she never made me feel like I was a bother. She wanted me to be really happy and I am! What are you waiting for BOOK ASTREA ROMERO!:)

Attempting to get anything done by Fidel has been the most impossible, frustrating and unprofessional experience I've ever had to endure. I don't know if he's been having personal problems lately or what because the other reviews say the work is good. But he has no regard for your time when booking appointments. And it is an appointment only business! Every single time I tried to book a consultation and showed up for our agreed time, the shop would be completely empty with nobody reachable on the phone! I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time but then he no showed on me a second time. It was especially frustrating since I had to change shifts at work both times to make it easier for him to meet with. I thought it would speed things along. Finally I got in the third time for the consultation, which was very basic and only took like 5 minutes (guess I expected more advice from a pro here). He was supposed to follow up with me to let me know when he is able to do it, and it has now been several months. I even left a message to see what was going on. I'm tired of trying to give this guy my business, he obviously doesn't want it. I'm just gonna go see a real professional at this point. I can only assume he is going through personal problems so I hate to judge. But it's pretty unprofessional the way this whole thing was conducted, problems or not.

I have a full sleeve, a large calf piece, and a finger piece all done by Fidel. My pieces are high quality and have aged incredibly well (ranges from 8-3 years old). Fidel is always professional, even when i'm crying like a baby.

Astrea did excellent job, and I asked for opinion, and her suggestion and allowed me to make decision of where to put. Environment is so pleasant, and very clean! It is awesome, and I am going to recommend anyone who wanted to get tattoo, go for Astrea! and she helped me to choose the shade of purple.. She did excellent job! Amazing.

Fidel Romero did fast work and no detail on my left arm. Fidel Romero tried filling in areas black without my authorization. I gave him 2 chances to fix the tattoo, he pleaded with me that it wasnt finished yet. Now I'm asking for my $200 back because he made it worse the third visit. After 3 weeks of asking for my money back I noticed he forwarded my calls -(blocked my number) - ignoring my calls and text messages. I might have to take him to court. Beware of this guy. He only wants your cash money! He did not provide me with any receipts, as he told me he doesnt pay taxes and burns his gst cheques. He is not after genuine respect and getting creative work done. He seemed to be in a rush and only follows the lines. I am very disappointed in Fidel as at the beggining he seemed like a nice guy, until i realized he kept asking me the same personal questions about myself, like he forgot. He willl MAKE U SIGN A WAVER SHEET WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEES, IT ALSO SAYS NO REFUNDS. I left him a review on facebook about my experience as I was a customer who paid him 2000 dollars in cash or more. I demanded receipts which my lawyer sent a letter and still got no receipts. His wife Bridgette and Fidel Romero then attacked my personal business page after I left him a review on Facebook. I have everything printed and saved, if you want pictures of the work he did send me a direct msg. Make sure not to talk about your personal life with him as he will use it against you, if something goes wrong in the tattoo process. I hope this guy gets caught for tax evasion. In time we will see how this shop turns out. I believe I am not the first or last this happened to. By the way I went to his house after his wife wrote a review for my personal business and asked for Fidel. He was hiding in the living room. Coward and dishonest. People like this never get ahead. I am now going to a better shop and taking my time to decide as I need to get the work he did repaired. But lesson learned. Thank you Maya Tattoo for teaching me why you should always do a proper background check on a company before purchasing or going ahead with service.

Had my outline for my chest two years ago and was able to get an appointment for detailed and colored with in a week I called. Fidel was a awesome guy and artist. He'll start a timer when he starts inking and stops it if there was any interruptions during the process. Great experience and will come back for my other side chest piece.

Amazing tattoo shop! I got all of my tattoos here so far and both experiences were amazing! Astrea did a fantastic job and if you need any touch ups done the first one is free. Loved the atmosphere and vibe of the shop it was very easy going and relaxing. Astrea and the other tattoo artists really care about your experience and enjoy what they’re doing and you can tell through there artwork. They explain everything from the beginning as to how they’re going to place the tattoo what to expect etc and if at any point you need a break they’re more then happy to give you one a talk for a bit and then continue on with the tattoo. Everything is done completely at the customers pace. They ask you if you like the design and placement of tattoo before starting and check multiple times as well so chances are if you’re not too happy with it, it’s not because of that tattoo artists work but your placement or tattoo choice. They also explain how you should take care of the tattoo afterwards and all that as well and the shop is very clean and professional. Definitely would go again and would recommend to people who are looking at getting a tattoo. I really love all of them and the whole shop in general (:

Horrible horrible horrible place! Only giving this garbage ‘business’ one star because google won’t let me give them non. If you’re thinking about getting a tattoo there, SAVE YOUR MONEY. The owners daughter did mine (not even sure that she has her license too considering how terrible the work was). She gave me a completely crooked tattoo and blatantly lied to me about it. She dodged all of my messages and to this day still hasn’t fixed it. Any other tattoo shop in the city would be better than this dump.
