Plus he recommended this amazing tattoo butter that I'm absolutely addicted to now! Highly recommend him and the shop!

My friend and I went in for Erica‘s December special. Free piercing, client pays for the jewellery. We picked out our jewellery from a very small selection. The Jewellery we selected did not look like anything too expensive. One pink, and some steel coloured piercings with jems. We totally got ripped off for the piercings. She charged my friend $320 for her triple-forward helix. She charged me $225 for 1 piecing (a daith). When I asked her why they are so much, her excuse was that they were handmade and the pink one was 18k gold. Those prices are completely unreasonable. Even if one of them were gold we could get way more gold for that price. On top of that, she sliced my friends ear causing it to bleed a lot. She discarded the bloody q-tips and gauze beside my sanitized piercings on the table. It was very painful for my friend. There was so much blood in her ear it caused her hearing to be fuzzy. For my piercing the needle went through no problem. But she took very long to get the jewellery on she was pushing and pulling and it hurt. Overall, the piercings don’t look bad. They are straight and placement is good. Erica was friendly. But, the piercing procedures were not smooth. They were way more painful than they had to be. Both of us have many piercings. I’ve never had one go as bad as my friends did and neither has she. We spent two hours there. And only to be ripped off for the price. We should have found out the cost of the jewellery before getting them. But I can tell you they did not look worth $220-320 and no other shop would charge that much. Free piercing-yes , but hey that’ll be 300. ???? Gonna stick with my regular piercing shop from now on, no more specials.

Great vibes here. This is an artist studio, not a tattoo mill. Every single staff we met here had good conversations with us. We were made to feel at home. Prices are on par with the work, after-care is top-notch.

5 stars! The shop has games & great music ♡ . Not to mention super chill people. My artist Is chantal !! I highly recommend. ( literally came in for an appointment with zero ideas and she helped me come up with one and went to work ! I absolutely love that she helps me with ideas, placements , everything she's a blessing to have as an artist. 6 tattoos from he so far.and you can bet you a$$ I'll be getting more. In terms of the tattoo, the art and the friendliness of the staff, everything was great and they did a good job. So, why the 2 stars? I went the day before to get an estimate for my tattoo, and the estimate was also part of my decision to do the job there. I made a non-refundable deposit for a considerable amount of money, so there was no way of deciding not to do it. The next day I went there, and it turns out I ended up paying double the original estimate. So, what happens if you don't have the money? Who defends the client? It's not 10% or 20% more. It's double the original estimate cause "you can't rush art". Well, it's a shame as you definitely work well, but I can't recommend someone who estimates something and charges double.

Went in pre covid and prepaid for an 8hour tap out session with Nathan, fast forward to my tattoo appointment which got canceled and rescheduled because covid shut everything down which was understandable I went in and was there for an hour then I went out for a smoke and when I came back inside I laid down on my stomach and had to clear my throat. After I cleared my throat Nathan choose to stop the session saying I had come to the shop sick which was not true. He did tell me he would rescheduled for a different day. While my tattoo was healing I ended up with an infection. I went to the doctor who told me it was a staph infection and that I would have gotten it from the shop. After months of trying g to reschedule my session I was finally able to get in a year later to get my tattoo finished and after paying $800 for an 8hour session I only ended up get 2 hours worth of work and it was a terrible cover up as you can still see all the spots of what was there. Nathan also scheduled me in for another session which was canceled due to covid lockouts again and I have not been able o get a hold of anyone to reschedule and have tried to get some of my money back but they refuse saying the whole amount was a deposit when their policy clearly states a deposit is $100 or upto an hour of the artist time. Not impressed at all

If you’re in Winnipeg, get your tattoo here. Nathan and Chantel are incredible artists whose attention to detail would be difficult to rival. Great atmosphere in the super-clean studio. This place definitely goes above and beyond from consultation to finished piece. You will get what you want here.

Like others have stated the consult was the best part... I had scheduled appointments precovid shutting everything down and paid in advance as per their policies it stats that a "deposit" is 100$ or up to one hour of the artist time. Which would mean that on a $800 only some of that would be a deposit not the entire thing. Once the shop were opened we went in for our new appointments after about an hour into the session my friend went out for a smoke and came back in and cleared his throat Nathan then decided to cancel the appointment because of the whole covid thing and said he could reschedule. Well trying to reschedule was a whole ordeal and during the healing process the tattoo got infected we went to the doctors and they told us it was a staph infection bthat probably came from the shop... Once that had healed we tried to get some of our money back and Nathan told us no because even though it was a large amount that was paid the entire amount was a "deposit". Finally we agreed to go back and they did about 2 hours of work when we had paid for a full day "tap out session" we were told that another appointment would be rescheduled but that has not happen and it has been months at this point we have sent emails, messages on their Instagram page and no response back at all this is terrible consumer services and very unprofessional.... Had I know it would be this much of a hassle would have taken my business else where....

Absolute money waste. We were charged double of the price quoted during the consultation session. For 2 people and 1 hour session we were told it will be $180 but at the end of tattoo we were charged $360. Do not waste your money here. Take everything in writing before your appointment.

Worst customer experience ever. Total money rip off. I don't recommend anyone to go to this place. I was charged double for 1 hour allocated for two people. I was told its the rule in all tatto places which is not the case as I called at other places to confirm. Tatto artist was ignorant and used 15 mins of allocated time unattended.staff was very rude. I do not recommend this place.
