AVOID THIS SHOP my girlfriend got a tattoo from here for Christmas on her wrist, the guy put no work in on it, it's Very poorly done, None of the letters are the same size on it spend your money elsewhere!

The tattoo artist I had ripped me off taking advantage that I don't know proper pricing on tattoos and WAY over charged me when I tell people who know about tattoos or have many they have all told me I was ripped off! Also while I was there waiting for Brenda to come into the room a male tattoo artist there decided to throw a tantrum slamming a door so hard it knocked stuff over in another tattoo artist room when she confronted him he yelled at her to pick it up. I will not go back due to this reason one it was really a really uncomfortable situation as a customer and 2 what if i was being tattooed and him slamming the door caused my artist to jump and f*ck my tattoos up?

I've had multiple tattoos done at this establishment and they all turned out GREAT. Recently got a dermal under my eye, piercer was wonderful and made it a very comfortable experience with minimal pain, picture taken minutes after being pierced. Going in today for a hand cover up piece with Craig, cannot wait, he's done my chest and neck with great results :-)

Booked an appointment and paid a deposit for a specific artist. The shop dismissed her but refused to refund my deposit. I had to accept a shop credit....not cool as we all know it's like chosing a painting.... The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff were great people. Too bad their boss doesn't handle his own business and forces them to share the bad news.

Struggled to try and get an appointment for cartilage piercing , the piercer was either never there or just chose not to show up . Completely frustrated me. Ended up going to metamorphosis and I didn't even need to hunt down the piercer or make an appointment .

I scheduled an appt with rag doll for my daughter to get a piercing. My appt was for 1 pm. She did not show and we stayed until 2:30 pm. Very unprofessional to say the least. I would not recommend her to anyone and i really hope she loses her job or she loses alot of business. We booked this appt a week and a half ago. Her excuse was the lamest one i have ever heard and i do not care to repeat it. PLS DO NOT BOOK APPTS WITH HER, SHE WILL MISS THE APPT AND LEAVE YOU WAITING.

Boyfriend got a rosary neck/chest tattoo from Craig, the artist was under influence (most likely high) the whole linework session and botched the entire thing. A long while later boyfriend called the artist and the artist felt uncomfortable talking on the phone about a consultation appoinment to fix it. In appointment the artist said he would make a sketch and boyfriend can come see in a week after letting him know it's done, boyfriend called a few days after a week to check up on things because he had not heard from the artist, and finds that the artist never even started the drawing, my boyfriend decided to move on from that lazy, irresponsible artist, and will find another one to cover it up one day, what a terrible feeling putting trust in someone and they screw you over. Would not recondmend this shop, or atleast not that artist.

Got my nose pierced the day before my 16th birthday. didnt really hurt. had a nice woman do it. had some laughs about how alot of girls wear makeup and ruin it by the one eye cry. want to get snake bites and my septum done. been trying to contact them for prices and info for what i need to bring since then. no response. Im now 20. disappointing. 4 stars for when i got it pierced. 2 1/2 stars for poor customer service.

Was with my girlfriend who had the appointment, talked to a lady who said to be there for 10am. We got there a little bit sooner and was informed she wasn't in yet, so we did some shopping. We come back for 10 and she isn't there. Wasn't until almost 1pm when the lady finally showed up. Otherwise the place looked beautiful and the guy working was kind and called the lady multiple times to try and get her to come in.

Highly recommend this place! Staff are super friendly & make you feel welcome. The place is very clean & safe. The awesome lady who did our piercings was Shannon... She's the best around! She makes you feel comfortable, she's as gentle as possible and does her work quickly... I'm impressed! We'll definitely be going back! Oh! Prices are very reasonable too! Love these guys!

Went and got my tongue done today. Forgot her name but the lady was very kind and laughed the whole time while explaining the process. Absolutely put me at ease. Almost fainted afterwards while she was explaining the aftercare to me and she noticed right away, had me lean back, got me water, and put a damp cloth on my neckwhile another staff got me some candy to raise my sugars. Absolutely wonderful staff :)

Good shop got one tattoo done by ashley, excellent colors and sharp lines. Would recommend. And got second tattoo with Craig first tat was good but the ones after he clearly Didn't put as much effort or care in to later tattoos. Disappointed.

My girlfriend just went in for a septum piercing and first off when they got in the piercer was laying on the couch with no shoes on vaping very unprofessional, Then she pierced it crooked and offered to re-pierce it so my girlfriend let her but it was just as crooked the second time. she tried to deny it was crooked until my girlfriend told her she was unhappy. After seeing how crooked it is I can’t believe she tried to tell my girlfriend “oh it’s fine” would not recommend this place for getting a piercing.

It took me 4 months to decide whether to have a tattoo or not. I had a lot of reservations. I scouted for tattoo shops and tattoo artists. I emailed ASHLEY and had an appointment in less than a week. Today, I just had a tattoo done by ASHLEY. She is excellent. She gives attention to detail. She has a good hand-eye coordination and a steady hand. I just love the work she did on me. I am very happy that I chose the right artist. She is very professional and observes infection control. I am very happy and i can't wait for my tattoo to heal.

Got my nose pierced by shannyn she was great then I got my conch pierced by maay and she was amazing, the thing that made me not come back was when I went there to see if I could get jewelry for my conch we called and no one picked up but they were open; some other woman was trying to get in for whatever reason eventually a guy (tattoo artist) came and opened the door for her so I went over and as she was leaving I went in, the guy rudely asked me “and what do you want” like it was a chore to help a customer meanwhile you’re open, so I asked if I could just buy jewelry and again Rudely said “I already said that the piercers aren’t here today” he had never spoke to me or picked up the phone so I hadn’t known, I left and never came back. If the piercers left to a new place I’d definitely go to see them, it’s just the rudeness of the other employee that ruined it for me
