First off I want to start by saying this shop is the cleanest tattoo shop in town. Its warm and inviting and both Candice and Bethany are so amazing and lovely they make you feel right at home. Bethany did my tattoo and absolutely nailed it. She had my drawing done ahead of time and was quick with the one and only change that needed to be done to the design. I will for sure be back to get more done with her or Candice.

Oh my god. I got a beautiful piece from Candice yesterday and I just can’t say enough. I gave her a good amount of creative discretion that resulted in a beautiful, tasteful, elegant and artful improvement upon a concept I had wanted for years. I’m glad that I waited so long for this coverup because Candice nailed it. I keep staring down at my wrist and grinning. Her touch is gentle and effective. The detailed linework is absolutely beautiful and achieved perfectly the first time through. She is confident in her skills and there is no hesitation, falters, or hint of nerves when you’re in her chair. She knows exactly what she’s doing. The shop is immaculate and well stocked and incredibly organized. Both Candice and Bethany are methodical, seamless and have their business dialled in entirely. I'm so glad that my mom and I chose to come here for our first tattoos together! I currently live in Edmonton and did the consult over the phone and email which was a bit tricky but Beth managed to make it work! Beth was EXTREMELY patient with me and my mom as we worked through multiple small revisions of our design until we were both totally happy with it (no easy task!). Beth never rushed us and gave great honest feedback about our design. She was gentle and had great attention to detail while tattooing - my stencil had shifted slightly and she thankfully noticed and re-stencilled it so everything was perfectly aligned. My mom and I both love our new tattoos and wouldn't hesitate to go back! Beth and Candice are both talented artists - Candice was working on an amazing sleeve while we were there. The space itself is very clean, bright, welcoming, and well decorated. The location is easy to get to and there's lot of parking (they provide a free pass for all day parking if you're going to be there more than 2 hours). I also love that they carry an all-natural vegan aftercare product. I'm sure I'll be back here again in the near future!

I decided to get my first tattoo. It spoke to me and who I am. The tattoo studio and the artist were important to me. I needed a studio and an artist that shared my vision, and made me feel welcome and at home. I visited a few studios in Kelowna and did research. The Ink Parlour felt right. It was a small thing - Candice liked my t-shirt. Never forget the importance of the 'small things.' Erin did my first tattoo in August last year. "You'll be back", Erin and Candice said. Cleo did my second and third tattoos in March. "One is never enough." The tattoos are perfect. The atmosphere is exactly what I envisioned - welcoming. The Ink Parlour makes me feel - me. I am grateful.

Candice and Beth have created a one of a kind shop being they are both female artists. I am in the works with completing a sleeve with Candice, i am SO happy with how its turning out. I was super nervous about the whole process but, the Ladies have made me feel at ease. I love that the shop is bright with tons of windows, SUPER clean, spacious, professional and VERY welcoming. First time in ink parlour was the for the halloweeen flash day. The shop is super clean and welcoming. There were people already waiting to go in when I got there just after 9am. Put my name down and filled out the paperwork (all really straight forward, had a great system, girl on front desk was super helpful and very sweet). The ladies had scary movies on the tv, lil cinema setup with chairs and popcorn and treats! So I had no problem hanging around for my turn :-) Bethany did my tattoo (a phrase I had picked already), she was so lovely! Gave her input on what would look best (it’s only my second tattoo and I wasn’t sure about placement), got a third opinion from candice just so I was sure I was happy with where it was gonna be! Had it done in no time and I’m so happy with it! Will absolutely be back again! Thanks so much ladies! Great business with talented artists ????

Cleo was amazing! Brought my tattoo idea to life with a design that went beyond what I could’ve hoped for! Absolutely in love with the tattoo.
