Dealt the whole situation from the scratch of the idea to the final result in such a professional way.made the whole operation comfortable and multi tasked the whole time by tattooing and keeping the conversation flowing by sharing funny life stories. Got a half sleeve done at the end of May this year, and just took the plastic off today after getting some touch ups done on Friday (October 8th) and I couldn't be happier. Paul did an awesome job helping me come up with the original design based on a few ideas I had, and he did it in a very timely manner. I was only at the shop for about 6 hours the first time, and only spent about 4.5 hours in the chair. He got the whole piece done in one session which was awesome, especially seeing as it was to my understanding at the time that what I was wanting would likely have taken at least a couple of sessions if I had gone to other artists. Paul made the whole process much easier when sitting in the chair by keeping an interesting conversation going throughout the session, and was happy to take a few short breaks if I needed to have a snack/drink. The shop is very professional and clean, so all together I knew I had made a good choice coming to Paul for this tattoo. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in getting a tattoo done, and I'd be very surprised if anyone were to leave his shop and say they didn't have a great experience being there. Thanks again Paul!

Went in for a small Halloween flash with Jordan but unfortunately, I had to spend most of the hour listening to anti-Covid conspiracy theories and how it's inconvenient that respecting public safety isn't a personal choice. The piece is what was expected but when the stenciled was fixed it was put back an inch too high which was very disappointing and as a result the placement is not great. As it wasn't one I could see much once I was lying down so I didn't notice until I could move and it was too late. Should have listened to my gut and left when there was no COVID precautions signage ????‍♀️ lesson learned.

I am a long time client at Steel Works(one year ish), to be honest with you my roommate went to Paul for a tattoo or two, he recommended I check them out! So I did! Let me tell you I have never been more happy with a tattoo place :) As someone who has never gone to the same artist or place for tattoo's I've seen my share of tattoo artist and places. They are very professional, friendly, and the work is outstanding! I have now been going only to Jordan at Steel Works her line work is clean, she has a light touch and is very caring towards how you are doing with the pain etc. Her tattoo's are amazingly done and well thought out. Honestly can not recommend Steel Works enough! I cant wait to go back for some more ink! :)

Absolutely amazing shop very clean and professional pauls work is stunning he is a fantastic artist . He is gentle and works very quickly is not a smoker so that was nice for me as a non smoker . His wife doze later skin resurfacing and tattoo removal she is also a very wonderful person very clean and polite overall i would highly recommend any services from there shop to everyone

Went there after a few shops around westkelowna Really glad i did does amazing work! covered up a cross tattoo i had (shaky lines/uneven/faded). he worked is magic straighteni it out added details shading quick artist! Never loved my cross this much now. I will go back with knowing il have satisfaction of profesionnal work done right.

I called early in the day, Paul had a cancellation and got me in with full consult and took my idea and added the touches that exceeded my expectations.
