I can't thank you enough honestly. Going swimming with my kids I was always so self conscious, eyebrows make such a huge impact on your features and I love waking up and feeling pretty. I was really nervous about the lashline enhancement but after a very thorough conversation with you and knowing I could come back and get the eyeliner done after going more conservative, I felt confident going in and I absolutely love the outcome. You are truly amazing at what you do and made me feel relaxed and sure of my decisions along the way (not to mention liberal useof numbing cream because I'm a huge baby and you could see that! Joelle's office is very clean, comfortable and cute :) I recently had to cancel an appointment due to unsafe road conditions and she was extremely understanding about it. She did an amazing job of my lip tattoo, really taking her time to get it perfect with outline as well as colouring. Joelle did my brows and lips and I LOVE them. It changes your life to have definition in your brows straight out of the shower, pool, waking up. My lips were naturally really pale and having them tattooed gives definition and evened out their proportion. I get compliments all the time on how natural my brows look and people have asked what lipstick I'm wearing. She is super professional, friendly and so knowledgeable. I trust her with my face and I don't take that lightly- neither should you!

I have been going to Joelle for years now and I must say, she will forever be my go to! She is very professional and understanding. Very personable and kind. Before I had ANY permanent cosmetics done I knew that I wanted to get my brows done specifically by her. With her professionalism, knowledge and born to be talent; she took away any fear that I had (my very first time getting cosmetic tattooing done). I immediately fell in love! She goes through all the steps with you, well in depth consultation, let's you keep checking of where you want to take away or want to add/shape so you're getting exactly what you want, worry free. On the table she will purposely go a bit thinner, letting you check throughout if you want to keep going thicker or not etc; you can always add but you can't take away. That I find eases any worry someone may have. Fast forward to the present: I have my brows done as well as my lips, eyeliner and lash lift and tint all by her! She owns my face I wouldn't have it any other way! I always have spectacular results I am SO GLAD I put my trust into her hands and I always enjoy the time I have with her! I highly reccomend Joelle, if I could give her over 5 stars I would!

I am absolutely in love with my brows. I went into Joelle with some remnants of some previous micro blading colour in my brows that was off colour and was extremely unhappy with, and was nervous for another service to say the least. As soon as Joelle talked me through the procedure and expectations I was immediately relived and confident in her work. The results were outstanding, the imbalance I had in my brows before was gone, the shape was exact and the colour was immaculate! So happy and will never go anywhere else. On a side not her studio was spotless and so professional. Best in the Okanagan for sure!
