I love this place. I have been getting pierced by Amber for years, and she is the only one I would let pierce me. Pharaoh is the nicest tattoo parlour I've seen, it really clean, classy and professional looking. The rest of the staff that I have met there are really great. I can't wait to get my tattoo there really soon. I definitely tell everyone to go here because its the best.

All 4 of my piercings have been done by Travis. Such a talented person. Takes extra time to make sure piercings are straight and symmetrical. Went to get a replacement ball for one of my barbells and he opened the shop half an hour early to let me in.

Went there today as a walk in for some help with my newly purchased earrings and had a really great experience. The gentleman that helped me (Trav) was super nice and unassuming and took the time to really investigate and give me the best outcome. He explained everything in fine detail and educated me on how my current piercings hadn't been done correctly (performed elsewhere in town). Now we have a plan and I'll return in a few weeks to have it fixed so my piercings last for a long time. I'm confident I'm in the best hands here.

Me and my roommate wanted to get a finger tattoo and nuckle touch up. We called to see if we could book an appointment, the guy who answered asked the artist if she wanted to do finger and nuckle tattoo that day (probably forgot to put us on hold) tattoo artist just said no.. Like she couldnt care less..guy told us they were all book for the day..! Thankkkkkkksssss!!

Trav did a piercing for my daughter. My daughter didn’t follow the care instructions like he said to, so things went a little sideways. He helped her fix it by putting in a longer barbell, and gave her instructions on how to heal it. He’s nice, kind, good at what he does, patient, and funny :) We enjoyed him immensely! Warren is also very nice! Very patient team of people. Very clean environment, very sterile use of product and procedures.

got my nose pierced here a couple weeks ago at a flash pierce/tattoo event and i seriously recommend this place. the place was clean and they answered my questions, plus the piercing has been healing really nice no infection, no bump, and no irritation from the jewelry (metal allergy) .

Got both lobes pierced today by Travis. I had a fantastic experience. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain things and answered any questions I had. I got 16G piercings and they were painless. He thoroughly explaining and stressing the importance of after-care. On top of that, the studio was spotless and awesome. I would totally recommend Travis for any piercings. My adult daughter came along and was so impressed she's going to see Travis for another ear piercing (she has a few) when she's back from holidays. Was ripped off. Been awhile probably should have posted ages ago , but there was an artist named Alex black I believe his name was, gave him a 150$ deposit on tattoo, they didn't give a receipt, I set a date for tattoo, he bailed, said he didn't like the design he made me even though it took him 2-3 months to do, always excuses , same thing happened another 3 times over a period of around 6 months , then he said that he moved to Penticton To do tattoos and said that 2 days before my appointment, that I would have to come there, he then blamed me, I asked for the money back, n he said that Pharoah had all his deposits, I phoned them they said no he took them all, then they said they would possibly stand by the 150$ , n I said no I want my money back because that is the artist I liked there..n they said no to the return of my.money, so basically I'm out 150$ and learned don't trust Alex black, and always get a receipt even if they insist you won't need one. Super unprofessional, I haven't been there since new management but Alex gave me a very bad opinion of the place

I wish to acknowledge the artistry and vision that Tara has demonstrated with me. The rest of the team are just as qualified and creative. Their vision statement is clear, and their store very fresh and modern. Recently went for a tattoo with an apprentice at this shop, Krystal. I was amazed at her ability to make getting a tattoo comfortable! She has a light hand, and yet my tattoo is so pigmented and it really pops. This girl will be my go-to artist from now on! Thanks Krystal ❤

Went in with an insanely messed up nose piercing from another shop, but Travis seriously saved me by cutting off the old barbell and replacing it with one that actually fit my nose. He joked with me through the whole process to keep me calm and was super caring, even though he wasn’t the one who originally pierced me. Can’t even begin to express my thanks to him.
