Love the environment these guys have and their awesome service. I had my first tattoo done here by Kristin in 2 sessions and love it. She is super considerate of the client and made the painful experience much easier to go through. I also have had piercings done with Ariana and she is great at helping figure out what will look best and meeting your needs. Will be with these guys for a long time and always recommend!

I have gone to Darcy for 13 tattoos that range from small to medium in size. He is very easy to talk to. He is kind and makes sure his clients are comfortable. I would highly recommend Darcy as he is very professional. Jays & Arrows is a clean tattoo shop only using high quality inks and tattooing machinery. The tattoo artists are worth the wait. You will not regret getting tattooed here! The most wonderful thing about getting tattooed here, is if you have a general idea of what you would like, the artists are willing to help brainstorm to make your vision even better!

While visiting family in the area, my sisters and I traveled to Kelowna to get tattoos done together at Jays and Arrows. Kristen and John (along with Tessa) worked with us through email on what each of us wanted. Because we weren’t able to make it into the shop for a consultation prior to the day of our appointments, we took a huge risk in trusting the artists to create tattoos specific to each of our tastes. Our risk paid off and all 3 of our tattoos look amazing! All of the staff were friendly and accommodating and made everyone who walked through their doors at ease. Thanks Kristen and John! We highly recommend Jays and Arrows and hope to return for more ink.

Darcy's lines are as clean as his shop - above my OCD standards. He has done both of my tattoos, one back at Little Bird and now the one at Jays & Arrows, and I can assure he will be doing many more. I have so much respect for the dedication and talent which he holds. Instantly you feel comfortable when entering the shop and you're always greeted with good vibes. It's easy putting all your trust into the artistry which Darcy holds - I wouldn't choose any other shop!

Very frustrating with the owner Darcy. My first consult with him and 1 yr later still have not received a sketch or a design from him. It was constantly excuse after excuse after excuse. I would NOT waste your time with this company there are many other shops in the area that are far more professional. Completely wasted my time and now I am a full year behind of what I wanted. Very unhappy customer and will not recommend this place to anyone at all.

As a female I was pretty timid to walk in to a tattoo shop. I went to a new one in Rutland but all they did was ignore me. I found Jays and Arrows through a Classmate, and I couldn't be happier! I got a side tattoo near my breast and was even more nervous because he was a man. But he did not disappoint. Darcy treated me with a ton of respect and walked me threw the entire process. And the rest of the staff made me at easy as we all talked and joked. I WILL be back

Katla was amazing! I have many tattoos from various artists. She by far is one of the best. Her line work is incredible! She was gentle and very patient with me (I moved a lot, couldn't take the pain this time haha) I will be back to finish this in color and for more in the very near future. She is worth the trip from Edmonton to Kelowna for sure!
