As a career service advisor and service manager, I am super impressed with the level of customer service we received today along with such thorough after care instruction. I have a very high standard for what I expect in a customer service experience and Ken definitely met and exceeded our expectations today. I love to feel valued and individual in my experience, not like I'm just one of many on the daily conveyor belt. Unfortunately this type of experience is not the norm and just doesn't seem to happen nearly enough anymore. We will absolutely be back for further piercings and will recommend this company every chance we get.

I went in to have a stubborn piercing removed. Called and was able to get in the same day. I came into the store and was very anxious and nervous that my piercing would need to be cut off of me. He had it out in 2 seconds flat and i didn't even know he had done it.. I thought he was just looking at it. AMAZING! When we asked him about the price he said that we didn't need to worry about it. Im not saying that he would (or should) do that for every customer, but I will say that I have never felt more professionally cared for and truly "seen" in a piercing shop. This shop is awesome, has serene and beautiful decore, interesting jewelry and the man who helped me was amazing to me. You should definitely get poked here!

Extremely friendly and welcoming. I was so nervous to come in to have an old microdermal piercing removed and he (sorry I didn’t get a name) made the experience so quick and easy. Super educated on piercings and clean safe environment. If you’re considering getting pierced, GO HERE!!! I’m gonna be returning for any and all future piercings I have planned.

My comments will mirror everyone else’s here. Ken is professional, easy to talk to and patient. He answered all of my questions about my piercing and more. I’ve had cartilage piercings done where the piercer basically just told me good luck, so I was really impressed that he gave me a little pamphlet with all the information I needed specific for my piercing and I. He took the time to go over everything with me and didn’t push any decisions, unless I specifically asked for advice. His shop was clean, well maintained and well laid out. He also carries a lot of great quality brands of jewelry that I usually would have had to order to get. Definitely the only piercer in Kelowna I’ll ever go to anymore.

Tried this place out after a less than awesome experience with another piercing shop in town, and I'm so glad I did. I got a second cartilage piercing done and Ken was so kind, explained every step and talk to me about every thing he was about to do. My prior cartilage piercing was a rough experience and quite painful I think because of an inexperienced piercer doing it....when Ken did it I hardly felt a thing and had much less pain than the past one. I did not feel rushed even though he had his next appointment waiting. Honestly I hope that this shop starts getting more mention in the Kelowna piercing scene because everything about it was amazing I also want to give a little bit of a shout out because they did ask me what my pronouns were and my preferred name. Even though I identify with how I present I know that this is something that is not frequently done in the piercing industry and I love they are this inclusive 10/10
