Touch ups are NOT included on the hourly rate. Gotta pay to get your touchups, same artist or not. Might be because I don't work for the owner anymore but touchups should be covered. Came back twice for touchups and had to go to flashpoint. They covered the cost due to inkroom not touching up their own tattoos. Nice people, nice art designs, nice environment. But after paying 3 for the tat, 50 twice for touchups and gotta pay a 3rd time for more touchups? I don't think so lol

I came in today as a walk-in and since I came at a good time and had a small and simpler design that I wanted I was able to get my tattoo very quickly and my experience was awesome!!! I went to this wonderful studio for my first tattoo ever. It wasn’t the most pain free spot ever but Joey was understanding that I would be in pain and he did some beautiful work! Everyone was super friendly and the studio is extremely clean. A couple weeks after getting my tattoo, it still looks amazing. Not an actual customer but these folks deserve 5 stars for the excellent customer service. I called inquiring about a finger tattoo (first one) my mom was considering of my dad's name. The young lady who answered walked me through the shop policy on SO names (a no no) in a super respectful manner and I appreciated the clear standards the shop was expressing. She then helped by suggesting a number of other ways my mom could represent my dad with a tattoo. She made inquires about my mom's age and tattooing experience to provide specific feedback and cautoons about how the tattoo might take, risk of blowouts, risks of fading and more ideal placements for first tattoos. She took the time to try to make sure my mom would love her tattoo and not just trying to "make a sale". The standards that were expressed, the knowledge demonstrated and the care for customer satisfaction were all top notch. The artists' profiles all indiacte they are great. I can't vouch for their finished product personally, but that level of training and standard for customer satisfaction inevitably suggests that the shop holds itself to high standards in all respects.

I can't recommend Inkroom enough! Communication with them was so easy, and I was able to build my design with Felix in advance of the appointment and make sure it was perfect! He was so easy going and made the whole experience so seamless! If you want something detailed I definitely recommend Felix, the level of detail in such a small tattoo was insane! He's so talented! I was a bit nervous before my appointment, but when I entered Inkroom I was greeted with many smiles and offered drinks and snacks. Felix was my tattoo artist, such a nice guy. He listened to my design ideas, explained the procedure and chatted with my while getting tattooed. He checked in every few minutes to see how my pain levels were. Felix created a design better than I had imagined and did an excellent job with detail given how small the piece was. I am excited for my next tattoo at Inkroom! went for halloween flash day, made sure to get there early as a line was building up outside the shop! only hiccup in my experience was that there was an hour to an hour and a half delay on my scheduled time to get my tattoo but the only way i was to find out about the delay was when i had to call the shop as i was told they’d text me when i could come in. other than that krystal did an amazing job on my tattoo and was super friendly. shop was very clean and they had great covid protocol! :)

Highly recommend this studio! I loved the atmosphere and artists. Very welcoming people. My mother and I had the pleasure of having Danny tattoo us, for my moms first tattoo! Although we hadn’t planned to go to Inkroom for this tattoo, we are beyond grateful that we did. I left the logistics to my mom and there was a mix up of studios. So on the date of the tattoo, little do I know, I’m getting a tattoo from a studio I hadn’t researched or been familiar with. As I walked in initially feeling a bit uneasy, that quickly changed. Danny had the tattoo drawn up and I felt very comfortable. After speaking with him and (quickly looking at his previous work) I knew I was in good hands. My mother and I couldn’t be happier with our results. It’s better then we had imagined! Danny had some great suggestions! He is very personable and a great conversationalist. This tattoo meant a lot to my mother and I and he killed it! He captured exactly what we wanted and more!! The detail in his work is outstanding. We’re already planning to get an addition to this tattoo and more done by Danny. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would go back!

Got my 5th and largest piece done here. I wasn't completely set on the style or design, and I felt uncomfortable trying to get my idea across. After my consult Marru comforted me by saying it was exactly her style, "artistic realism with watercolor", and that she was excited about my idea. That made me feel better, and then I saw the design, and OMG it's like she reached into my brain and plucked put exactly what I was picturing. On the day of, we spent a lot of time making sure the design and position and size were just right, then she got to work. It took longer than expected since I asked for it to be made bigger, but I survived. She did a fantastic job, let me take breaks when I needed them, and let me watch endless Netflix on their big TV. 3 day later and it is healing better than any other tattoo I've gotten, and the pain is minimal. I'm so impressed, I can't wait to go back for more!

I made an appointment with Felix for a very meaningful, and special tattoo. I had a specific vision in my head that i presented to him and he was able to create not only my vision, but went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he provide wonderful artwork (as well as excellent communication and team work in order to figure out the layout of the tattoo to include all the pieces) but the studio itself is beautiful and well kept. The staff is welcoming, easy going, and make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in the doors. I live in Ontario so I wasn't truly sure what to expect when I booked this appointment... but I can confirm that the next time I want or need a tattoo I will be flying to Inkroom to get it done. They are absolutely the best tattoo parlour I have ever been to and I am very grateful for the experience I had with them! Thank you Inkroom!!
