Just dropped into Inked Angel Tattoo for a walk in tattoo with two of my friends. We were greeted and tattooed by Kaitlin Herd and she was incredible! Firstly, she did an amazing job with all of our tattoos. Second, the customer service we received was five stars. Hands down the most welcome I’ve ever felt in a tattoo shop (there’s even candy!!!) Absolutely love Leslie and the team at Inked Angel's. She did a beautiful bull head underbreast tattoo for me, the design of which also included a mandala. I'm always stoked for summer when I can wear a bathing suit and show it off Haha! Also she's a lovely human to be around which made the session even more enjoyable. In Relation to Samuel Parcon's negative review...I must've looked like a secret shopper when I dropped in impromptu similarly to Samuel...my experience was vastly different...I was greeted with a smile from the one artist there. And although she was with client, she encouraged me to come up to the artist station and ask any questions...which I did. She was very accommodating and being a first-timer also, it was reassuring and helped me be at ease. I will be booking a consult and hopefully a session in short order. I will add to this review throughout the process.

From a picky perspective...... My sister and I are on vacation and decide tattoos are the winning ideas for the day. After spending a night of researching my sister narrows down the ultimate Kelowna experience for us both. What an experience it was. First impression as I walked in was not like any other tattoo shop I’ve ever been in. Extremely clean and has a positive aura as soon as we step in. The layout of the shop is a welcoming open concept with a beautiful skull at the front door and mandala on the opposite wall. So far so good, I think to myself. Kaitlin rushes to the front counter with the biggest smile I’ve ever seen. She remembers my sisters name from the phone call earlier in the day..... talk about customer service! If attention to detail is what you are looking for, your search is over. Kaitlin is thorough, focused, and will not settle for the bare minimum in your lifelong masterpiece. The patience these artists have is second to none. Normally I’m used to the artist placing the stencil and getting to work, usually with a “good enough” or “close enough” attitude because multiple moves is time consuming. Damn these women in the shop are perfectionists. They bounce ideas off one another and the criticism is well received. The level of respect between Leslie, Kaitlin, and Jane is a workplace I admire. During my sister and my very own tattoo, the atmosphere was so relaxing. Filled with relatable stories, new ideas, and some modelling. It really felt like you were just chillin’ with some friends on a Friday afternoon. Would I recommend this shop to anyone? Let’s put it this way; I would voice my commendation until they finally experienced the shop for themselves. Inked Angels is the only tattoo shop I would trust with my skin in the Great Okanagan area. Thank you ladies for the non-judgemental, extremely accepting, and family like experience.

My first three tattoos were all done at Inked Angels, and I cannot recommend it higher, both for quality of the art, and the conversation! The first was done by Leslie, who not only did an excellent job on the tattoo itself, replicating my grandfathers signature, but was also a calming presence for the experience of getting my first! Kaitlin did my second, in a somewhat more spontaneous decision! She was easy to talk to about what I wanted before hand, and then was fun to chat with whilst getting it done, all while still doing a great job on the tattoo itself! Jane did my most recent tattoo at Inked Angels, and even though she is the least experienced of the three artists, you wouldn't be able to distinguish her from a seasoned pro. A fantastic young artist, with a bright future in tattooing! Overall, I have been extremely happy with all three of my tattoos from Inked Angels, and I can't wait for my next visit!

I normally don't leave reviews unless I get a service at both ends of the spectrum. I was researching tattoo places that are open on Mondays, and decided to check this shop out since they allow walk-ins. I walked in and sat in the couch for over 5 minutes and barely got acknowledged. The staff were busy talking to each other about random stuff and is not even relevant. One of them decided to finally talk to me once they noticed that I was looking around the room with this "what the heck, guys?" look. I said I was just waiting for someone I could talk to. One lady said "oh ok. Were just all tattooing at the moment". Which I totally understand, but there is one staff member who was just writing some stuff down on paper/on the computer and even on her phone. Or at least say that you guys will be busy for the next X amount of minutes and we wouldn't have time at the moment for walk-ins. But nope, instead, I just sat there and no one said anything. So I got up and left and will not come back. It's a shame because I liked their art. I found another shop to get my tattoo done, and their service is much more better. Got acknowledge and welcomed right away, and I was even fine with waiting for 15 minutes for a consultation since they didnt ignore customers.

Absolutely the best experience!! I had a drawing of my own I wanted tattooed and Leslie did an incredible job of it and was super nice about not changing it up on me! The shop is gorgeous and pristine, and the atmosphere is great, I was in for a few hours and the whole time Leslie and Kaitlin were so sweet and hilarious, they had everyone in the shop chatting and laughing all well working efficiently on their tattooing, I had an amazing experience there and I'll definitely be going back to them any time I need another done!! 110% reccomend it to anyone thinking about getting a tattoo, all you have to do is walk in for a consultation and you'll be hooked by the atmosphere and won't ever want to go anywhere else! ;)

This business does take walk-ins but it is recommended to phone ahead to avoid potentially long wait times. I hoped for a same day appointment but was willing to book one for another day after reading other reviews. Jane was able to take me in the late afternoon that day and I could not have been more pleased or impressed. The shop has a fabulous, comfortable vibe, the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, and the artist is amazing. My choice of work was not complex (or especially innovative) but I felt like my request was valued nonetheless. Next time we'll get more creative!

I have been to many tattoo shops in Kelowna, but nothing has beat Inked Angels for me. They did my half sleeve, my hip, calf and some lil mini tattoos for me and they are all my favorites. The shop is always clean and pristine. Their prices are sosososo fair considering their talent and the quality of the tattoos (they could charge more and I’d still be a regular). The coolest thing is it’s the type of place that in non COVID times you could literally just pop in, say hello and chat. It’s an all female run shop, they’re honest and help you to come up with designs that will fit your idea and suit your body. Tattoo days are always my favorite days, and I don’t plan on going anywhere but Inked Angels. I’ve been tattooed by both Leslie and Kaitlin. They have a new apprentice and I’m so excited for her to start as well as she’s an amazing artist with great potential. Oh yeah and they do lash extensions on top of all this which is the icing on the cake

Words can not describe how happy I am with my tattoo and my experience at Inked Angels! When I walked in I was greeted with nothing but beautiful of smiles, warm hellos, and a clean open shop. I don't know about others getting tattooed, but for myself I tend to overthink about the pain and end up getting pretty nervous and anxious before my tattoo. In the past I've found the best way to get over that was to just plug in and watch a movie, but I couldn't imagine doing that here. The atmosphere that these amazing women have created put my instantly at ease. I felt 100% relaxed and comfortable as if I was simply stopping by to see old friends and not to get poked a million times with a sharp needle! All the artists were all polite and friendly coming over and asking how everything was going, offering me drinks, or candy! Now, for the tattoo that I got I think all I can say about it is I'm in love and may or may not still be drooling at how amazing it looks. ???????? Thank you so much!!!

I gave Kay references for what I wanted my tattoo to be, I gave her creative freedom and she made it everything I wanted it to be and better! Leslie, Kaitlin and Jane have all done work on these beautiful women, and they've all come out saying nothing but good things. Leslie was willing to do a tattoo for my cousin that many male artists refused. It was a dragon, with roses. They said it was too masculine, and found reasons to disregard her. These women care so deeply about not only their art, but their clients. They care about making sure that each and every one of their clients receive what they want to have on their bodies forever. They are true artists, and wonderful humans. And also, update on my tattoo as much as my pride in this shop and how fan-freaking-tastic they are? It hasn't faded at all. It's still just as bold and beautiful as the day I got it. Anybody who has a chance to go in and see them 100% should. I've never felt more heard or seen when it comes to doing what I want with MY body.

The second time was with Georgia who did a larger piece for me...it turned out better than I had imagined. She was very pleasant and relatable to talk to and was always making sure I was comfortable!
