After having my brows messed up elsewhere I am so glad to have found Leanne about a year ago. Not only does she listen to make sure you get the shape, color and look YOU want but she uses high quality pigments, and that’s so important. After a year my color has not faded. My brows faded to orange within a couple months from the first place I went to. The studio is clean, and Leanne has some great numbing cream to ease the experience.

My partner Chantal and I have been going to Chantelle at INK & ARCH since she started there! I get The Man Scape, and she gets the Combination Brows. As a guy I don't do much for my brows on my own as tweezing just hurts and I can't be bothered. The wax I get is virtually painless, is quick, and really cleans up my look! Chantal lives an active lifestyle and filling in her brows with makeup is always a hassle. Having microbladed brows changed the game as she doesn't have to worry about sweating off her brows during her most intense workouts. We will continue coming here with Chantelle! The studio is clean, comfortable and such good vibes with owner Leanne! Love them all!

Leanne is informative and has a lot of educational background from information on not only microblading but to things such as marketing yourself. Now that they are healed I can say that I love them!!! Leanne did an amazing job with colour matching and shaping my brows! It’s one less thing to worry about when getting ready in the morning or when doing activities, no one likes to get home after work or the gym and realize that their eye brow pencil wore off at some point during the day. Leanne stresses cleanliness and proper after care techniques which she fully explains and sends home reading material for you to follow which is super helpful. I did not take the idea of putting permanent ink on my face lightly, and asked trustworthy aesthetics industry friends for a recommendation when I started thinking about microblading. Leanne came highly recommended, because of her skill and experience working with 'barely there' and badly shaped brows (both of which I had). The appointment process is quick and easy through the website. When I arrived at the shop, Leanne was finishing up with another client but my wait was insignificant. The numbing, mapping, and consultation is quick but thorough, and Leanne has a keen eye for creating brows that suit your face. After care is so important and you get specific and thorough instructions to maintain the look and longevity of your new brows. My follow up appointment was equally efficient and I can't quite believe how fantastic my new brows are. If you are even considering having your brows microbladed, I can't say enough good things about Leanne, her studio and the overall result - so pleased with the whole experience. I have had a horrible experience with Leanna. I am in the industry and have extensive training with Microblading and powder brows. One thing that I am very dedicated to and that is my clients and their happiness. I had told Leanne that I was unhappy with the results as one side was rounded at the top and the other was very flat. I have one tail that is curved in and the other goes out. Feedback and growth is an essential aspect of every artist. Constructive criticism. Instead of offering me to come back to get the fixed up (as much as possible) I received a rude response and she said “this just shows me the level of crazy I am dealing with”. I am embarrassed that there is an individual in this industry with that kind of disrespect for her clients. I would not recommend Leanne and I would also question other aspects of her business.

Loved the first time I went there but after that not so much. The second time I went her and the girl that does tattooing talked trash about a girl she had trained and about the girls who just got trained by her saying they were stealing. This went on for my whole apportionment while she was doing my brows. I found it very uncomfortable and unprofessional. After that I went in for another touch up but she thought I should do this other kind of brow but her machine was broken so I couldn't get it done that day-I wanted them done before I left on a trip she said she would call me as soon as she got it in and I would have them done before I left- She never called and Ive gone else where to get my brows done and are way happier with them and the service I get
