Mark just completed the finishing touches on a full arm sleeve for me, and he also did a stunning hand tattoo to top it off! Mark did an amazing job creating a custom masterpiece sleeve from the ideas I brought in, and I love the attention to detail that is shown in his work. I'm super stoked about my new art, thank you so much Mark!! The space is clean, warm, and inviting, and the staff are super welcoming and always a blast to chat with! The artists are highly knowledgeable, skilled, and creative. I appreciate being booked in for longer tattoo sessions to offset my travel to Flashpoint - and the travel is absolutely worth it, given the stellar work that Mark does! I will definitely be returning for my next piece, and I highly recommend Flashpoint Tattoo Company, you guys rock!!!

The team here is truely like a family and treats everyone who comes through their front door with open arms and a smile, along with incredible artistic abilities. I was in Kelwona for a month and had a few tattoos done here. Some were my own personal designs that I came up with and others were by my artist Erin. The shop is lovely and welcoming and I highly recommend it. I even asked for the shop to play some reggae and they did! Erin is a great tattoo artist who is able to pull clean lines, fantastic shading and super chill. She tattooed my personal designs to perfection. All in all, I felt comfortable and enjoyed my experience.

I am interested in getting a new tattoo, and I looked for shops in Kelowna that could do it. This shop was one of the first ones to come up with good reviews, so I was excited to call them and ask if I can quickly drop in for a consultation since it's just a small and basic tattoo design. I've verified with them that I will drop by last night (Thursday) before their closing time of 6PM, and their website says they are closed at 6PM. I drove all the way to their place (extra 25 minutes drive added) for the consult and arrived at 5:20 PM on a Thursday (Jan 24), and their shop was closed!! No one would answer the phones when I called, and it even said on their door that they're open til 6PM on Thursday. I waited for over 5 minutes outside calling them and looking through the door to see if anyone was there. So, I left a voicemail expressing my disappointment with this because I had to drive out of the way for this consult. I asked them to call me back in the voicemail so I can figure out another time for the consult, and they never did. Such a waste of time and a huge disappointment. I went to another tattoo shop that same night, and they are much more better with dealing with customers. I'm getting my next one done there instead of this place!

My friend and I made an appointment at Flashpoint last Saturday for 12pm to get matching tattoos, the design is super simple (3 little lines) and should maybe take 5-10 minutes. We arrived on time for our appointment. We waited 30 minutes before a guy came out to talk to us and tell us that we were going to have to wait until 1:15pm to go in for our appointment because the artist was running behind finishing the tattoo from the appointment before us. At 1:20pm we were still waiting and at this point we had to leave because one of us had to go to work (they knew she had to leave for work around 1:20pm.) We left and never got the tattoos, they told us someone would contact us to "see what they can do" it's been almost a week and we still haven't heard from them. I understand that sometimes tattoos take a little longer and the artist obviously doesn't want to rush her work, but I just feel this situation could've been handled better. 1 of us came from out of town and we were both super excited to finally get our matching tattoos and we left not only disappointed that we didn't get the tattoos but also disappointed with this shop and how they handled this situation. We had read many greats review about this shop and that's why we chose to go here.
