The communication from the shop regarding appointments and covid-19 restrictions were very professional and friendly. The shop is spotless and the atmosphere there is very relaxing. Michelle was incredibly gentle, explained everything clearly and was very patient. Unfortunately she makes me want to get MANY MANY MORE TATTOOS!!! Thank you Timeless and your team!!!

I contacted Kael in March 2021 to get matching tattoos with my sister. It was a pleasure speaking with her and getting a tattoo from her. It was my sisters first time and Kael made the experience so calming and comfortable for her, so I genuinely thank her for that. I have gotten quote tattoos else where and I was never happy with them, but Kael did an AMAZING job on the quote "no matter where" and I could not be any happier with her work. What can I say about Timeless Tattoo? these folks are incredible. From the first moment i came in for a consult, to the end of my third session with Rob, it was an incredible experience. Everyone in the shop is incredible at what they do and are very charismatic. I have to give a shout out to Chris who through the pandemic, kept me informed and educated on the process upon returning. The shop is EXTREMELY clean, well run, and overall just a fun place to be and hangout while you get some work done. After this experience, I'm looking forward to getting another couple smaller pieces from the other artists, and will be coming back within a few weeks to plan my next big piece with Rob. I've been to Timeless Tattoos twice. My most recent visit, Sept 2021, I went with a tattoo I wanted but wanted some revisions. I had Shannon as my tattoo artist and she loved that I wanted her input and style incorporated into my tattoo. She was excited about this. Shannon is an amazing artist and a very cool woman. She made me feel comfortable, and she is very easy to talk to. I would recommend this shop to anyone. It's very clean, has a positive vibe, and I will only go to this shop with any future tattoos. Edit 2021: I've now had two new pieces and one touch up of an old piece done here. Every single staff member here is kind, knowledgeable and talented beyond measure. My last piece was done by Michelle (@timeless.saint) and the linework was so clean I have had multiple compliments (photo attached, it is still healing so will update once it is fully healed)! The shop is spotless and welcoming and booking consults and appointments is easy and simple either on the phone or online. I will be back again! He's very good and in demand but they were able to book me in in a reasonable time. I was very nervous, but he was really calm and encouraging. I was in an out in about an hour and the tattoos (did 2) came out great. Doubt I'll get anymore, but will definitely go back if I change my mind. Would recommend Timeless to anyone.

I went to see Rob at Timeless to get a piece done for my son. Rob had tattooed me about 8 years ago with a piece I got for my mom and did such a beautiful job, I knew I wanted him to do this piece for me as well. This one took many hours, and every second of those hours was super enjoyable. Rob makes great conversation to distract you lol, and his work is absolutely stunning!! I am so in love with this piece and can't wait to go back for colour to be added in the fall. My tattoo has healed amazingly well, and the shop is so so clean which makes me feel so comfortable that all will go smoothly and exactly the way it should. I would recommend this shop to anyone, and would highly recommend Rob as he is the absolute best!! The BEST tattoo studio in Whitby and beyond on so many levels. Staff are amazing: accommodating , flexible and friendly. The studio is bright and clean. They even have the option to binge watch Netflix during an extra long session . The artists are by far some of the best I’ve ever seen. Ingrid in particular is an exceptional artist, she listens to your vision and works with you to create something even better than anticipated . Definitely a studio to check out !

It was super clean, everyone was very friendly, and most importantly Ingrid took the idea I had brought to her and made a beautiful piece. I had been waiting on getting a tattoo tribute for my mom who had passed, as it was very important to me that it was done right, and Ingrid did not disappoint. I went yesterday with my bestfriend to get multiple tattoos and the shop exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting, the staff are fantastic, and the four tattoos are literally perfect. They worked with both of us for sizing, detail, mock drafts, and making us comfortable. The shop booked us tons of time and did not rush at all. All artists were very open to collaboration with each other and with clients. They have the cleanest space I have been in and the pricing was amazing. I would recommend this shop to anyone, anywhere!

My friend and I went into Timeless to get our first tattoos today, and let me tell you, every single staff member was friendly. I got a lightning bolt on my wrist and the manager came to me before getting it advising me to place it slightly lower for healing purposes. Though I didn’t take the advice, I really appreciated his concern. We had Ingrid who did an AMAZING job! This was a very positive experience and we will be returning for more ink in the future!
