Jes is fantastic! A girlfriend and I walked in on an evening before close to get a few piercings. Really cool shop, even cooler people working there. prices are good and i was pleasantly surprised i only had to pay 25$ when getting my industrial piercing but there was also quite a few downsides. the piercer was very nice however there was no warning before the needles got put through my ear and i was also pierced with two rather large hoops for this type of cartilage piercing never mind getting pierced with a hoop at all. it got infected in both wholes despite following the aftercare sheet. i’ve never had an infection like it so i changed the jewelry and it cleared up in less than a week, it still isn’t healed fully yet though. while the place and people were nice, i would not return

I had the best experience with this tattoo shop. I initially designed a sleeve and got in touch with Craig-the owner. From beginning to end my experience was amazing. Craig was more then patient, he understood this was going to be a permanent piece on my body and respected the back and forth that I had during the design process. Like a real artist he challenged (properly and nicely) the design to make it absolutely perfect. He walked me through every step and even checked in with me during the tattoo to make sure I was doing okay. Not only was he polite, friendly and professional he has a very steady, and soft hand. He's one of the most gentle tattoo artists I've encountered this far, the pain was minimal. I definitely recommend him and his shop, the vibe is just really on point. My husband will be getting his tattoo there and ill definitely be recommending him to all my friends. Thanks again Craig!

I got my first tattoo here with Barlow, and with it being a memorial tattoo for a friend who passed away a year ago- he was super respectful and chill with it. He even provided some stellar advice for what add to the tattoo and his opinion design wise. Being my first tattoo, I was super nervous- but in the end, conversing with him made the process a lot more comfortable and easy going! I got my belly button done here in July 2016 and the piercer told I could change the piercing in 2 months I even got piece of paper saying most belly piercings heal 2 months! Today i suspected my piercing was getting rejected and I end having call a professional piercer in ajax and they looked at it and he was surprised to hear that piercer told me here that it took me 2 months to heal when A lot of other places says it takes six months to a year to heal!!! Don't go here and get a piercing they give out very false information!

I had one of the worst experiences getting my septum pierced I advise anyone who gets their septum pierced to not go there. She did not use clamps one piercing she used a very big needle any very big gauge of jewelry. Mines didn’t end up healing for two months and she gave me tissue damage in my nose. It was one of the worst experience of getting my septum pierced. $20 for a piercing sounds beautiful but it comes with a curse

I got two piercings here about a year ago. This was my usual piercing place when Jess was there, but they had a new person when I went last. They didn't use a clamp for my septum, which turned out slightly crooked, and I asked for my nose piercing to be symmetrical to my existing one, which it certainly was not. The piercer told me my nose was very asymmetrical, which just seemed like an attempted excuse because her piercing was way off. Fortunately, my septum isn't noticeably crooked and I intend to get my nose pierced once more on each side to balance it out. Overall, never going back here again.

I went here to get my nipples pierced and I was literally so nervous. Sadly cannot remember the two girls names as this was a while back but they were both incredible. The girl who did the piercing walked me through the whole procedure and let me know everything she was doing to so that I was completely comfortable, She had me look in the mirror when she made the piercing marks so that I could tell her whether I was satisfied with the position. Piercing process was the pain I expected although she really tried to keep my focus on breathing throuhg the discomfort. When it was finished she made sure I knew EVERYTHING about aftercare. Everyone thinks the 2 for 25 deal makes this parlour sketchy but I can 100% say I trusted my piercer completely and I could see that she had everything sanitised, wore gloves etc. Really reccomend!!!!

Got walk-in tattoos with my cousin on boxing day and they were awesome! I don't recall the name of my cousin's artist but he drew the design on her arm by hand and crushed it in execution. Barlow did my very simple line work tattoo, which he also drew custom, and got it done very quickly for me (which is MUCH appreciated since the location sucked pain-wise) Very affordable. No "mandatory $100 chair fee" or whatever, priced for size and effort, ie. My total was sub $100. Had to pay in cash though, and the closest ATM is across the street and across a big parking lot, trekking that in the cold wasn't fun. All in all very happy. I didn't use the petroleum-based "vitamin a &d ointment" I was given and used tattoo goo, if anything, instead. Personal preference of avoiding petrol-products as a whole.

I got 3 of my piercings here and all 3 got infected. The lady doesn’t use clamps and uses the same earring with a thick gauge regardless of location. I got keloids at the back of all 3 piercings and I asked the lady what I should do and she just tells you tea tree oil and salt. When I took my cartilage piercing out it was wayy to thick and left a hole. It did not heal until about 1 year later. The friends I went with at the time that got the same piercings as me all got infections as well. I will never go here again regardless of how cheap it is!!

I got my nose pierced here and they were very friendly BUT the piercer didn't listen to me when I asked for the placement of my nose piercing to be higher because it "wouldn't look good" Now its super noticeable how off the placement is on my nose :/ & If you're looking to get your belly pierced I also suggest you go elsewhere as they only pierce with hoops which made it more prone to infection/irritation cause it would constantly be compressed / moved by my clothes cause it was sticking out. I also had a hard time taking it out/ changing it.

I had a couple piercings done by a woman named Jess. She was incredible. I've had over 50 piercings in my lifetime and it was the best experience I've ever had. She had 13 years of experience, and was very knowledgable and pleasent to talk to. The prices were good too. I am excited to go back again. Very grateful to have found this place. What an exceptional experience. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and the establishment was super clean. First time I’ve been to a shop where I didn’t feel out of place. Piercer was excellent and walked me through each phase from cleaning to the aftercare. To boot they were super quick to respond to my inquiries on social media. Would def return and recommend.

The location is horrible. I was followed by two men in a car, from the moment I got out of my car, to the moment I got to the shop door. I told the men to leave me alone. They wouldn't leave. I frantically knocked on the door of the shop and asked be let in only to be spoken to in a derogatory manner. The gentleman asked if I had an appointment. Wasn't going to let me in unless I had one. Even after telling them someone is following me and I'm scared.I was let in once I told them I had an appointment booked. My tattoo was too deep. I'll have permanent scarring. Ive had many tattoos and I've never felt the gun go this deep. It ended up infected after a week. I took really good care of it too. It got infected in the spots where the artist went over my skin multiple times. I'm actually afraid to go back and say anything because of they way I was treated when I first arrived. I will never go back here again. I'll have to go elsewhere to get my tattoo touched up when it finally heals. This place gives me very bad vibes.

Barlow was awesome! He did mine & my mom's tattoos and they turned out amazing. It was my first tattoo I was nervous but was reassured and felt comfortable and there was definitely a good vibe! Would definitely recommend going to luck of the draw for your first/next tattoo

I absolutely love this place. Everyone here is wonderful and so friendly. Barlow did my half sleeve and it turned out absolutely amazing! It is by far my favourite piece. Came here a few days ago to get my nose pierced. It is currently healing fine at the moment. Very professional and clean setting. Lydia, the piercer was very nice and considerate when I requested not to see the piercing needle at all during my visit. Overall I would return! :)

The shop so nice, I reviewed it twice! I had my tattoo done by Barlow and such an amazing experience, that I went back for piercings. Lydia is amazing. She is so professional but so down to earth as well. I messaged the shop on facebook about a constellation piercing. I spoke her with, booked an appointment, and shared some images of my ideas. When I arrived, she spoke with me about the design let me know what would work and what wouldn't. Everything was sterile, her area was clean. She is amazing! She keeps conversation while piercing. And she gives awesome post care instructions. I am definitely going back here for all of the work I want done. Thank you so much Lydia and Barlow!
