Always get my tats done by Tyler, he does a ridiculously great job not to mention that his artistic style is amazing and he tattoos FAST. he always keeps your budget in mind, and will make sure he goes above and beyond to meet your tattoo needs. would love to get zapped from Heath soon as well, both talented, both great humans!

Came here recently to get a tattoo done by their guest artist Aisha. The shop was very clean and the vibes were extremely welcoming. Obviously I love my tattoo, but in this shop I felt super comfortable and relaxed during my appointment I almost fell asleep lol. Thanks again!

Walking into the building I couldn't help think, dentist, then I got to the 3rd floor and realized that this is the perfect place for them. Cannot say enough about the talent, and how friendly and welcoming they are.

I had reached out to Heath Smith 8 months ago about receiving a cover up and leg sleeve tattoo. Originally, he told me we could get the consultation done in December or January to get it done by springtime. We went back and forth for a while due to delays due to covid closures. Then he did not reach out to me again for a while. I messaged him in June to ask what was going on if we could get the consultation done now. He told me that he had since hired a booking assistant to message to book a time. The assistant told me it is an 8 month wait so I had explained I had already waited the 8 months in case there was miscommunication. They just responded with a professional rude response saying they did not care the time was still 8 months. I reached back out to the artist Heath and said I could wait for the sleeve another 8 months without an issue, but I asked if he could maybe try to work me in the next two months to at least do the cover up, so I did not need to walk around with that bad tattoo for another 8 months since it was a booking mistake on their end. I was always super polite through all of this, but Heath now is not even willing to give me the time of day to send me a response to either say he can or can’t do something after he just wasted 8 months of my time. This has been a horribly unprofessional service and an example of terrible customer service. I would never recommend this artist or shop to anyone. It was the worst experience possible that I would not want anyone else to go through.

Heath and Kirk are the raddest dudes in town, and their tattoos are even more amazing! The shop is clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was a pleasure getting tattooed at Right Hand. If you're worried about the wait to book in, just remember we're all slowly getting back into the rhythm of things. Be patient because the quality of tattoos and experience are worth the wait. PS: If you're looking for a banger today, there's many other shops in town that can facilitate that.

So disappointed in how our tattoos turned out. Lines didn't connect. Colour blown out. Hoping it will fade so it can be redone at a different shop. Would not recommend this place.
