Wonderful experience from the very beginning. I saw Matt who worked with the design I wanted and executed it better than I could have hoped for. The place follows covid requirements and is extremely clean. Friendly shop with some serious serious talent in those walls. Book ahead and get some beautiful works of art on your body. Every tattoo I want in the future will be from Have Hope. 10/10

Usually when I go to tattoo shops I feel super uncomfortable being there, and I am pretty well covered and still feel like a tattoo virgin when I show up to a tattoo shop. When I showed up here, I was instantly welcomed and treated so kindly. I was worked on by the owner Zach who took his time and made sure the work he was doing was everything I wanted. He didn’t make me feel rushed because he didn’t book some right after me so I had the ability to have the time to change minor things to fit and make me happy with my half sleeve in memory of my dad. The shop was INCREDIBLY CLEAN, they follow covid rules if that’s something you worry about and they have a great lobby area if you have someone who needs to wait for you that doesn’t wanna sit with you. Every tattoo artist I met was sweet. I have been to many shops in Rochester & I officially will never go anywhere else for work. Thank you Zach and everyone at Have Hope for the awesome work you gave me and the kindness you showed. If anyone’s looking for a new spot, go here! You won’t be disappointed.

Friend and I came here for our first tattoos. His was a full calf tattoo, mine a smaller one on my forearm. Super talented, friendly artists and a fun area to wait in when you arrive. Today was a hard day we had to put our dog down at 15 years old. We were looking for a place that made us feel welcome and comfortable. We called a few places and no one could "fit us in". We called Hope the name drew us but the people that work there convinced us. Matt and Zack were both amazing. Their kind words and understanding could not have made us feel more welcome. I have gotten tattoos from NY to California and this was the best experience I have had. This was not only an important tattoo but it was his first!! And it had to be perfect! Matt did an outstanding job!! 100% recommended if you are looking to have a tattoo done. Experienced artists and a wide variety of talent!!
