I always receive my puppy vaccine in great time, within a day or two! No complaints about the vaccine, all my puppies for the past 15 years have done well.

I feel so lucky to have discovered Valley Vet. My senior dog has Cushing's disease, and I lost some of her critical medication during a recent move. A complicated situation (on part of my vet's office) delayed approval of the prescription. Deb in the Valley Vet pharmacy went out of her way to get the prescription approved by my vet, then shipped the medication overnight at a very modest fee. Did I mention that their prices for prescription medications are very affordable? Since my dog requires frequent expensive testing to monitor her disease, any savings, such as provided by Valley Vet's medication fees, is a blessing. Everyone I spoke to at Valley Vet was pleasant and helpful. I encourage everyone who needs pet medications to check out Valley Vet first!

Seeing that my card had been charged for my order, I assumed everything was all set. But after 4 weeks my order still had not arrived. I called and asked them for the hold up. The representative said they had faxed my vet twice and had not heard back. I told them they should have called or email my vet - following simple protocol in order to make sure my order was processed and sent; after all I had been charged! I followed up later with my vet and she said she had faxed over the approval for the prescriptions. In addition, I was told that I got an email telling me that they are waiting for my vet's approval - I did not receive an email. I will not be ordering from Valley Vet again.

Online system is easy to use, they recorded my written prescription making reording easy, I received my order by UPS (which I prefer over USPS which is a nightmare to use in our area). Nicely packed and everything was received and was exactly the same product my vet sells for $58, Valley Vet cost to me was less than $15. There is a serious markup problem with many vets for simple medication and supplies for cats in our area, but I'm sure 300-500% markup is normal for most local vets, if you need it right there and then pay otherwise Valley Vet had our supplies at almost 1/4 the cost. Note. My local vet stated they do not take incoming calls or send faxed prescriptions.. I had to get a written prescription making sure it clearly stated brand names and being very specific to what I needed, I don't think they like having you buy online and save.. they are indeed for profit.

Great place to get your farm vet supplies. Have a little bit of everything, from small animals to large animals they have vet supplies for all. They also carry a large selection of clothing and outdoor wear. They are located right along hwy 36 and are easy to find. I have also ordered online and received product quickly. They also have great reccomendations for whatever your operation is.

I would not buy anything from this company. I ordered a harness for my dog and it was cheaply made so I wanted to return it. Not only did I have to pay $8's for shipping but I had to pay shipping again to return it. Very bad customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

All of my local area stores were out of the products I needed so I called Valley Vet. The woman I spoke with was very nice and said they had what I needed in stock. It was priced about 35% less than my local stores and was delivered to my house in about 48 hours. It needed refrigeration and was packaged perfectly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I will definitely buy from them again.

I have ordered emergency veterinary supplies through Valley Vet and am so grateful for their express shipping options. In 2017 some of my dairy goats came down with perfringens and courtesy of Valley Vet's air shipping, I was able to administer antitoxin in time to save a few of them. I've also ordered my CDT vaccines through Valley Vet. After buying vaccines from box stores and having those vaccines fail to provide protection, I want to be sure that the vaccines have been stored and handled correctly so that I get the prevention effect I expect.

My boyfriend and I ordered a barrel cover for a rodeo his company is producing. We received 1 barrel cover and we we're expecting 3 for the money we paid. They refused to cover shipping for it to be returned and it's going to cost us over $23 to return it. That's close to half of what we paid for it to begin with. They aren't willing to work with us on it at all. They won't be getting any of our business again.

I ordered medication for my dog. They were quick to process my order and shipped it out the same day my vet replied to approve the prescription. I paid for express shipping so as to not expose the medication to the Texas summer heat for too long and they even packed it with ice packs in a styrofoam box! the medication had well over a year of time left AND this is the most affordable place I was able to find for this medication. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

This company sucks. Point, blank, period. They are incredibly rude when you call and have a complaint. I ordered the Salvo flea and tick collar and used it on my dogs for 3 months. After those 3 months, I noticed that they had fleas, which isn't supposed to happen with these collars! My boyfriend and I had to spend a bunch of extra money just to buy other products to relieve our dogs and home of fleas! It was a frickin' nightmare!!!! I received a refund for the collars, however, they did not give me a complete refund. They did not give me my money back for the shipping and handling that I paid for! They told me that the shipping and handling fee was nonrefundable, which says NOWHERE on their website. Also, I called to complain about how I didn't get a full refund and the lady was so rude and acted like she did not care at all about the inconvenience I was having! DO NOT BUY FLEA AND TICK COLLARS! They truly do not work and you are better off buying the chewy or the topical!

Valley vet is a great place to get vet supplies, always helpful & shipping is free on a lot of their items. Very fast & courteous. I’m in their fastest delivery circle & it’s usually next day delivery.they have a very nice store that is worth the drive to visit. There is a vet on site that will help with most of my ? THey will also meet any advertised price from other companies.

Placed an order for swine vaccine that was needed for a new litter. It did not show up. I called and was told due to weather the shipment delayed. I understand that. I was told it would deliver on Tuesday. Made arrangements for someone to to be available due to the product needing to be refrigerated. It did not show up on Tuesday. When it does deliver it will sit outdoors for an extended time possibly compromising the effectiveness of the vaccine. I have ordered from here in the past but this will be the last time!!

Watch them! Will charge you extra on shipping even though original invoice will say free. Contacted them and they state it's in the "fine print" bait and switch at its finest. Shop elsewhere.

I've had such a frustrating, time-consuming experience getting two (2) items delivered by Valley Vet. 1) Inventory listed as available on their website was back-ordered for months. I was charged anyway, and was only told later that what I paid for was backordered. 2) The company does not provide tracking numbers for shipments. When I ask for tracking numbers, I don't get them. I have had to call back and email several times to find out when an order is being delivered. 3) Valley Vet is now charging me $60 to pay for a truck with a lift gate in order to deliver the item that was backordered for months. The item weighs the same amount as the previous item, for which I was not charged for a lift gate. NO other company has ever charged me for a lift gate. Valley Vet should ensure that their suppliers work with delivery companies that cover the cost of things like this. Valley Vet initially offered to help cover the cost of a lift gate and then refused to do so. This is the worst experience I've had with an online company in years. Please shop elsewhere if you can!

Wow. Couldn't ask for better service. I called inquiring about Insulin for my pet and after speaking to the representative just a short time I felt very comfortable placing my order. She took my Vets phone number and did all the leg work getting the prescription and the order arrived today well packaged with the cold packs still frozen. Definitely my go to place for insulin in the future.

If I could give them negative stars, I would in a heart beat. Poor customer service, whether high up or not. They got my product wrong, and after trying to get them to make things right for 3 days, they still refuse. Finally asked for the "manufacturer's" number, since they proclaimed a thousand times it wasn't their fault but the manufacturer's, but they refuse to do so. And what really tickles me is that they are still selling the product I ordered on their website, even though it's not actually in stock, nor did it tell me it wasn't in stock. You may have saved a few bucks now, Valley Vet, from refunding me, you lost a lot more from my service along with everyone else I will tell to NOT do business with you. Hope it was worth it (:

I've been order prescriptions from Valley Vet for the past 5 years and they have always done an excellent job of contacting our vet for RX refills and also the care of shipping some meds with cold packs at no additional charge. For our RX needs they have been the lowest price, but the customer service is the real value.
